Great job from start to finish. Weather slowed things up for a few days, but they provided status updates to us to let us know when they would or wouldn't be there. Asked for our input throughout the process to make sure we would be happy with the result.

Super job! everything went as sheduled and they did a very professional job with no shortcuts. Everything was explained in detail, so there were no surprises. Workers were very friendly and hardworking. Working with Sarah and Charles was a pleasure.

Provided Estimate on pool resurfacing and re-decking. I was extremely impressed with Charles. He took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. If I did not have 3 other estimates scheduled from other companies, I would have hired him on the spot!

We want to thank Sarah (owner), Charles and Ben for doing such an excellent job. When we contacted Sarah, scheduling was an easy process. Charles came out and gave us an estimate for the job and while it proved to be more labor intensive than, originally, estimated, they held by the original price quoted. They completed the work in about two days. Charles and Ben worked into the late evening which made it difficult for them to complete the project to our satisfaction. Charles, Ben and even Sarah returned to make sure the job was perfect. We found all to be experienced, professional, personable, and more than reasonably priced. We highly recommend Pool Pros of Pasco County and will use their services, again, in the future.

Pool Pros of Pasco County had, previously, completed pool coping and paver repairs and sealing for us in October. At that time, we had discussed with Charles the possibility of building a stone fire pit onto our out door patio and made arrangements to have this completed in November. Charles, Jay, John and others completed the job in a day and a half to our complete satisfaction. Sarah (owner) even stopped by several times to see how the job was going. We were able to use it that weekend and the fire pit that weekend when we had family visiting. Perfect! We would highly recommend Pool Pros of Pasco County should you want to add a fire pit.

We contracted with Pool Pros of Pasco after obtaining 3 quotes to have our pool refinished and have deck pavers installed. The estimate was done, and the job overseen by, Charles. He carefully listened to what we had in mind and the office emailed us a quote shortly after his visit. Their quote was inline with the other two firms we received quotes from but only one of the other two inspired any confidence in us. All work was completed within the 2 week window that we were given and we are very pleased with the results. Jackson and Jay of the paver crew did a beautiful job with the coping, pavers and waterline tile. Jackson especially is an artist with a 14in cutoff saw and Jay did a beautiful job on the waterline tile. The removal of cantilever coping and installing of pavers is dusty work but the crew did all they could to minimize it's effect on us and cleaned up thoroughly. The finish crew on the pool arrived @ 7:00 am and we were filling the pool with water by 1:00 pm. Both Charles and Sarah (office manager) kept us informed at all times of what was going on. Charles was especially receptive to attending to minor details that came to my attention during the course of the work. We would have no hesitation in reccomending Pool Pros of Pasco for anyone looking to have this type of work done.

We were pretty sure it was the motor and they gave me an estimate over the phone. I was going to have to leave the pump off for an extended period of time so they gave me instructions on maintaining the pool while the pump was off. The next day they had a cancellation, they called and came out and fixed the pump.

The salt system was about $1500, I think the pool resurfacing and all was in the area of $5700. We had our entire deck redone and the pool hadn't been resurfaced in about 10 years and so we were going ahead and resurfacing the pool before we put on thin pavers because it's better to do that process at that time. It was my first time to use them. They were recommended by a contractor that we've used, Building Restorations Inc., and so it was set up through that contractor. They really were amazing. We've had this pool resurfaced before and there is just no comparison between this contractor and the one that we've used before. They came in and did just a terrific job. They gave me instructions on everything that I needed to know to be able to maintain the pool and they did the work in a reasonable amount of time. They did things that I didn't even expect, they really looked at the pool's surface once it was drying and where there were little things that needed to be fixed, they fixed. The finishing of it looks perfect, it really is an absolutely beautiful job. They installed the salt generator with no problems. The biggest thing for me was that they were very nice people first of all, I enjoy working with them, and they did everything and then explained to me what I needed to do to maintain it and it has made all the difference in the world.

I pay them a monthly charge. They seem to be knowledgeable and they know what they’re doing. They’ve maintained my pool beautifully.

I was out of town when they started my pool but they texted me pictures of the different process of the pool with tile installation,and marquis finish. At the end of the pool repair they sent me a text of the pool on April 11th of the pool refilled and working. I arrived home on April 11th and was very happy with the results. It looks beautiful and I am very happy!

Pool Pros of Pasco did a super job from beginning to end. Estimate process was well done. The actual installation went smoothly and according to plan. The entire job looked great and made our pool area seem complete at last!

I was very dissapointed that they did not show up for a scheduled appointment to give us a quote for a pool resurfacing. No one ever returned my call after I called and left a message on their machine. We were hoping to use this company if their estimate came in close to the others. Aparently they did not need our money.

I still use them and I love them! They are great and they deserve all A+’s!

Tech (Charlie) arrived on time, worked with system, and re-programmed. Had one little hitch and he returned next day to finish. $75.00 was the cost of a service call and covered both days. Toptally explained sysyem and programming to me. System is still performing as wanted. Would use again without hesitation.

I have used Pool Pros in the past. Sarah and Charlie always make sure everything is perfect.

the technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me that we could actually use a smaller sized filter then what was connected now. It saved us money. We agreed to the new filter and pump housing. The technician returned in a few days and installed the two items. Our pool now looks the best it has for the 4 1/2 yrs. we have lived here.

They are very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the service they give me.

Just as the company names states, Charlie and his team really are the Pool Pros of Pasco! You cannot ask for more knowledgeable, talented, experienced, professional, trained and honest employees to do work on your pool and surrounding paver surfaces.

They are professional. Their prices were great. They are concerned about their clients. I can't say enough good things about them.
