Description of Work: Never knew when they would show up. Often 1-2 weeks late.

Description of Work: Refinished pool, new pool tile, and new travertine installed for pool deck, also new screen door for existing pool enclosure. We have used pool pros of pasco many times in the past for pool services and have never been disappointed. They did a phenomenal job as they always do. Charlie is always friendly, courteous, polite and professional and would definitely recommend as we already have and would only use their services in the future. Highly recommend hope they always maintain their freindly, honest standards. Great guy!!! Great company !! Definitely would use again and recommend highly !!

Description of Work: We paid had our pool inspected by Pool Pros prior to closing on our home and they gave us an itemized repair / improvements estimate. We scheduled 3 out of the 6 items on the original estimate ( total $1800.00) and on the day the work was to be performed, I was advised that they couldn't do Ala cart off the listed items they came up with and they would have to charge more if we only had 3 out of 6 items completed. I would never hire them again and I don't understand their logic because over the next few months we are going to do all of the repairs including having 3,000 sq feet of paves pressure washed and sealed.

Description of Work: Complete install of brand new pool. It was a very nice experience with Pool Pros. The job was professional and quick, although there were a couple weather delays they completed the entire project, start to finish, in just over 12 weeks. Very happy with the complete process, Charles and Sarah were great, and so were the couple employees I had the pleasure of meeting. Alex, in particular, did a lot of the work, and many nights he was at my house after 7 or 8pm, trying to get certain things buttoned up. Meeting Sarah and Charles, I did not get the sense that I was talking to a used car salesman, as was the case with a couple other contractors I met, nor do they have the reputation of taking months and even sometimes years to complete a project, as was the case with other contractors. There were some scheduling hiccups, and some other small snags during the project, but everything was addressed immediately and the overall pool build was smoother than I had imagined it would be. Great job, great people, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Description of Work: installed new deck and outside kitchen. Little slow in getting started and were sometimes days in between execution of the plan. I had to call or email several times to get service either going again or complete. The final product is very well done. Would recommend them to others interested in this type of work.

Description of Work: The worker didn't make first appointment. Rescheduled for next day. Out of 5 reported services the pool only looked like it had one. Reported to have been brushed. A few strokes were visible. Asked for someone else and was told they had nobody else

Description of Work: My filter cartridge for my pool had been leaking for some time and I was not able to fix it. I bought a new one (Hayward) ONLINE and paid A LOT less than anyone around would give me. I paid NO shipping (because it was about $300 and NO TAX!!! Not every company would install it since they did not sell it to me and make a huge profit. However, Pool Pros of Pasco did come out and install it on time and efficiently. Their service call was $92 which I thought was too high but I went with them anyway. Since I needed a new chlorinator, I had then sell me one and install it during the same service call (it would have been another $92 to have it installed separately. I got "NO DEAL" on the chlorinator - paid Manufacturer's list price from what I can tell. Probably would have saved $50 if I had bought it online. All in all, I am happy with PPP and would use them again.

Description of Work: Charles was supposed to arrive between 9:30-11:30 did not show. no call to explain or say he would be late. called them and got recording. when I first called, the woman tried to sell me a full redo without first coming out to see the problem. then when I stated to question why, she started to get disinterested in my business.
