Description of Work: I contacted Gulf Coast for an estimate to repair a roof leak. The salesman came as scheduled but it has been a week and I have even called the office but I have not received any reply. I don't understand why they even came in the first place if they weren't going to follow through. VERY disappointing. In response to Galen Lohmeyer's comments. I called your office on Thursday 9/6 a week after Osceola had come to my house, I left a message and received no response until the following Monday afternoon 9/10 after I had posted my review. It seems to me that there was no concern towards my needing my roof repaired only the bad review that I gave your company. Maybe I am the only person this has happened to or maybe Galen was more successful in making others take down their negative comments as he tried with me.

Description of Work: The company responded quickly to my need for a replacement roof. They provided an estimator within 24 hours and started the project as soon as the appropriate permits were issued by the county. They completed the work on time and within budget. All workmen were professional and courteous and the new roof is beautiful as well as wind resistant to 130 MPH - a distinct advantage for those of us in Florida and a potential saving on home owners insurance. I strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: Company did roof inspection/certification for $75.00 and roof repair for $475.00. The roof repair was to a bottom corner of a gable that I had to cut off due to a big tree branch falling on it (it was not an easy/straightforward type of repair due to two angles meeting at that location, etc, and the initial work I did to repair/keep prevent if from leaking). Very punctual for estimate and roof repair. Owner and the employee who did the repair were very professional. The owner was also able to recommend someone who did wind mitigation inspections/reports, for $100.00, which saved me money on my homeowner's insurance. For those of you who have older homes (mine was built in 1972), it's possible the builder did some extra work in the attic that you don't know about that could be considered some level of wind mitigation (like metal clamps/connectors). Having a hip roof, where the total area of all gables is less than 10% of the total roof area can also help lower your insurance bill.

Description of Work: Called Galen to perform a roof inspection for Citizen's Insurance. He came the same day, inspected the roof, filled out the report, charged what he said he would and emailed the pictures to me, all the same day.
