Description of Work: They were very prompt giving and estamate and putting on the roof. The price was inline with other companies. After the roof was complete a few weeks later we realized a gas line was punctured from the initial install of the roof. There was little followup to help fix the problem and no warrenty packet was ever sent after many attempts

Description of Work: King Roofing gave us a beautiful new roof and gutters. First on a Saturday they arranged for an electrician to disconnect our solar panel (and make our hot water heater totally electric). Monday morning they came bright and early, scraping off the old shingles, etc., and removing the solar panel and gutters. The salesman, owner and workers aimed to please. The 7 skilled roofers worked quickly, and by Tuesday night, they were done with the construction. We now have a new roof, gutters and a great warranty. Lastly, they sent a painter to caulk and paint the fascia that had been replaced, thereby completing our job.

I received 3 estimates from other roofers without a problem. I contacted your co, my response from them was an email asking for particulars, still no contact. I would never trust a company acting this secretively. There estimate on line was $3,000 less than any other roofer, why? If their getting the shingles from same supplier, what aren't they doing?

Description of Work: First I bought the offer and I picked a specific day. Then they called me 2 weeks later to come on that day which I didn't pick! The guy came in looked at the roof from out side and asked me abou how old is the house, When I said it is 10 years old house. He said the roof still and I am not goining to step on it. And no need for maintaince and he left so quick. I was under the assumption that he will refund me the money because he didn't do anything!! But this is never happened. I will never any of these offer again!!!!
