We moved to our home in February. A leak in our bedroom ceiling occurred in May. Galen came promptly and gave us an estimate. House built in 1985. The age of the roof is probably the main problem. So we knew we had to get it fixed. We decided to have Gulf Coast repair it. We appreciated how we were treated- fair and honest. Just found it a bit steep in price for 30 minutes of labor though. Still, Galen let us pay with 4 installments and even put up patiently with a bank glitch that made our last check bounce! All's well that ends well! Thanks Galen.

Upon arrival Mr Lohmeyer's first question was if I had any problem areas. I did! After recaulking an area around my chimney and securing a loose ridge vent he went on to perform the maintenance as listed on the Big Deal. Great work and an excellent value!

When he came out, he gave me an open ended estimate to redo the whole roof. I only wanted a repair. I have had my roof inspected twice in the last 18 months and it just needed repaired not replaced. He told me that it wasn't worth his time to do the maintenance, which is what I paid for in the big deal.

They checked for loose shingles and caulking. They were very professional. I am legally blind, and can not see well enough to read the report, so they went out of their way to email the report for me. This was an amazingly nice gesture. I highly recommend this company

Roof inspection, maintenance and repair was performed. Background of my home: Home was built in November 2007, but builder did not install roof correctly. Galen, from Gulf Coast Roofing went out to inspect home, gave an estimate and within one week he and his crew had completed the work! Impressive, since we have had a handful of bad thunderstorms in the days before. They had to remove shingles from my roof, inspect the wood, install a new valley, and install new shingles. They also did a visual inspection of the entire roof, resealed around vents, and caulked around voids in flashings. I had even asked for a favor of taking pictures of damage and work performed. Galen, had absolutely no problem getting that done for me! I would highly recommend Gulf Coast Roofing for a fair, friendly, and quality workmanship from a licensed roofer! Plus they warranty their workmanship too! Thank you!

They are awesome company. He was professional and I appreciated his patience with my dog.

They did a great job. They were busy but did a good job communicating. They scheduled an appointment and explained I did not need to be home. (I had pre-paid for the service through an Angie's Deal) It worked out great. Came home and went right to check the gutters...they were cleaned completely. I was dreading that job becuase of the amount of pine needles clogging them up. They did not try to up sell up me, they simply did what they said they would. I would hire them again.

My expirience was good. The contractor showed up on time and did the work as proposed and on budget.

I had house inspected and inspector found 5 tiles that needed to be repaired. I had Galen from GULF COAST ROOFING check out my roof. He found around 10 tiles that needed repair and one more thing that needed to be fixed. He did a great job fixing everything for me at a great price. I was very happy with the service I got from Galen. Great job!

The experience was not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. That being said, the quality is beyond reproach and the contractor adressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. Price was as estimated and not discussed again until the project was complete. The contractor is a fine person and I believe quite honest if not the best project manager.

It was a good bid and we were happy with it. They came at least three times to inspect the roof.

Repairs went well and the weather cooperated allowing crew to complete work ahead of schedule.

I have dealt with many home services lately that I would never recommend, but Gulf Coast Roofing is an exception. From start to finish, the owner was punctual, very professional, and did what he said when he said he'd do it. A refreshing change, and we thank you!

It was a really good experience. The leak had been repaired before. I am waiting for a really hard rain to see if this repair has worked. I had very little contact with him. He seemed honest. He gave me a complete breakdown of what he was going to and the warranty. He gave me everything I needed. I am satisfied with him.

Promptly came to inspect roof damage and give estimate. Actual work delayed due to weather, contacted me to arrange schedule immediately after weather became acceptable. Showed me the work as it went along, gave suggestions for better care of flat roof, good job of cleanup.

Summer time is a busy time for roofers here in FL. They were able to get started soon after, I called and they took all the adequate precautions to cover and protect my roof in case it rained, before they got the shingles back on.

They were on time, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after working, had professional workmanship, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, good workers, and can be reached by phone all day long.
