They were easily contacted, readily available and they showed up at the appointment time. I prefer to get 3 estimates for comparison. I did not cost compare for this job. I was eager to obtain the needed certification of work done previously (by another electric co.) in order to apply for a discount to insulate my 1920s home. As an additional courtesy, Bolt Electric sent the completed form to the agency requesting the certification.

Dean Bradley the field manager and his associate Dave was very professional, courteous, they knew what they are doing, very kind, and hard workers.

had appt for 08/10/18 AM....no show, no call. I called and made a second appt for 08/14/18. He showed up, very polite, but when I asked the diagnosis charge, he said $299.00 plus $14.75. Your offer said service call $25.00. I asked rep when I made the second appt and she said 0 charge to come out for diagnostic. Will not deal with them for anything! Wasted my time twice waiting on them.

Jeremy worked quickly to solve problem. Polite, knowledgeable and informative. He worked to resolve coupon questions and process for future work.

He was great, he explained what he is doing, why is he doing it, I felt very confident when he left.

They got everything fixed. They're working fine now. He's also going to come over to do more work later on. Dean, the electrician, was very good. He did a fabulous job. He was very timely and explained all things to me.

I needed my problem diagnosed. It was not good news but worth the cost to find out.

After installation, we discovered a short. Technician has been uncooperative on a followup visit, saying it is a static discharge instead of a short. But this occurs only when the power is on, so it must be a short.

Bolt Electric has not called to work with me regarding issues with their work and their breaking contract as requested. Currently trying to get my $2000 deposit back by having filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Jeremy Emberts from Bolt has completed several projects on my older home. He is always prompt, professional and he explains the work that needs to be completed. This most recent project was particularly difficult because Jeremy discovered some exposed high voltage wires when assessing the malfunctioning breaker box. He immediately explained the situation to me and provided me with different options for repair. The repairs were completed the same day. Jeremy left assuring me that my home was no longer a fire hazard.

Everything went perfectly. Courteous, on-time, professional service. Work was done in less than half an hour. We have used this company many times in the past and always with top-notch results. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Very professional and very competent in their work and I'm kind of a stickler about that. The price they charged was a little bit more than the other estimates but it was well worth it.

I am very pleased with the service. Now I feel confident that my electrical system is in good shape. I would use Bolt Electric again if I need service because they certainly know what they are doing. I also recommend their service to anyone that needs electrical help.

Bolt Electric with Dean B. being the lead & with a very competent assistant (sorry, can't recall his name) arrived exactly on time to replace the 3 light fixtures I needed. They were completely prepared with the fixtures & even the bulbs, efficient & were very personable & professional. They had previously replaced our entire breaker box, a major job, took the time to explain their process & answer our questions, but were very efficient, competent & professional. I highly recommend Bolt Electric & Dean B. in particular for any electrical work needed.

It went wonderful. They knew exactly know what to do and did it efficiently.

Never showed up. First time I had an appointment, they cancelled. Second time, they never showed up.

The installation went well, they were very clean, Jeremy was very clean, very careful & he cleaned up the mess after he was done, & he explained to me everything very thoroughly, they checked my fuse box to see if it was OK, & it was indeed fine.

Jeremy Emberts, the electrician, was very pleasant and absolutely wonderful. He was suppose to arrive at 9 am but showed up at 8:45 am. He was a real brave man to go up 17' to do the work. He was the most pleasant young man and answered all my questions. He made sure everything was working okay before he left. That guy needs a raise!
