Bolt provided a responsive and punctual quote for installation of three ceiling fans. Nicholas H. was courteous and knowledgeable.

It was excellent. He did an efficient and he know what hes doing. The job took 3 hours to finish the work. I would definitely suggest this company. It was expensive but it was worth. clean up and I'm happy.

They were competent and professional. Easy to contact. Showed up when they said they would, they also did what they said they would do.

I have used Bolt more than once in the past and I haven't had many issues. They seemed reputable and fair. That has since changed. They have a too-big-to-fail mentality now and it shows. I called to have someone come out and give me a quote on a job. The young lady at the office set me up for a quote with a 4 hour window the next day, and promised to call me 30 minutes before the the tech arrived. That time window came and passed with no tech showing up, and no phone call letting me know what happened. I allotted 4 hours of my day for this and it yielded no results. I had to call the office to find out what happened. There was an issue with another job and there is currently only one person working in the office. She was not able to call because she was working on something else so their staffing issues became my problem and my time wasted. She did speak with management and they did refund me the $ I spent on one of their "deals," which left me with a free $109 credit on my account, and we set up a tech visit the next day. Same thing... she gave me a four hour window for when the tech would arrive and promised to call. Once again I had to call back for an update on the tech's arrival, their office staffing issues again making themselves apparent at my expense. By the time the tech showed up, I had spent 6.5 hours across two days to get this quote, and when he showed up he quoted me $447.00 for a job I had gotten a quote elsewhere for $234. Part of that Bolt quote was $149.00 to install a flood light fixture I had already purchased on my own. It was a no-brainer that I would NOT be choosing them for this job. The tech stated that they have a pricing guide they use, but nobody would reference that prior to coming out. If you have a pricing guide just give me a rough estimate, and let me know it could be more or less, depending on what else is needed... so we don't waste everyone's time. I called back to follow-up on the quote to see if given the situation, if management would honor the other quote as a service recovery effort since they had wasted my time through their own staffing inadequacy, the young lady said to send the quote over and she would speak with her manager. Through email correspondence she said she would speak with her manager and follow-up with me. That also never happened. I had to call to find out the results of her conversation with her manager. That conversation resulted in her politely telling me that they were only willing to honor the $109 credit on the account, and that was it, and while I was in the process of responding, she politely hung up on me. At no point was the office manager directly rude to me per se. She is clearly overwhelmed because she is the only one in the office, but that doesn't change the fact that their staffing issues are affecting customers and wasting our time. Time is money. Their $109 is worthless if they overcharge in the first place, and customer service is clearly not a priority for them at this stage of their business. I would not advise anyone to use Bolt. They're trying to get by on all the reviews they have and the assumption that their prices are fair. The tech had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, and management clearly couldn't care less. Do your research, get a quote from someone who won't take your business for granted, and doesn't care about their public image. I asked multiple times for a way to work this out but "management" took the approach of not caring, and essentially told me to politely #%** off. Actually they didn't even call... they dumped that on their overworked Office Manager too... Give work to smaller companies who need the business. Bolt is overpriced and arrogant.

It was excellent, Nick and Jeff were extremely professional, They clean after themselves , They ask on how i want things done, They ask if I have concerns and they were extremely friendly.

The service was excellent . The tech Dean was courteous, timely and kind. The installation was quick and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Bolt Electric for any household electrical service. I will certainly use them in the future.

The service was excellent. The issue happened in the afternoon, and the next morning, they came and provided q quote shortly. Nick and Dave are very courteous and very professional and they got the work done very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price is very fair.

WONDERFULLY! The first team came out for evaluation of the problem and what need to be fixed, priced and time estimate. They were on time, went right o work in a very professional manner, explaining the problem, so I could understand it. That gave me confidence in their ability to correct the problem. The next day a new team came out to do the work and again they were right on time, went right to work and even came up with ways to save on the costs. Which, I appreciated. I am so happy I chose Bolt to do the work. The electricians were a delight, friendly and professional. They did the little extras that made the job so much nicer, like putting all the furniture back in place, picking up all the boxes and wrappers, vacuuming and a cover on a heater that was not even in the job. I will be using Bolt in the future for certain.

Excellent quality work which I have come to expect from Jeremy. He is always very professional and courteous. My only complaint was the timing of our appointment. We were scheduled 9-12pm and he didn’t show up until 1:45pm. Was told at 11:30 he was 45 minutes away and then went to our old address instead.

They never showed up. I wasted four hours of my day waiting around for someone. Never recieved an email or call saying something had come up. I swear, it's like most companies in SWFL just don't give a rats *** about a homeowners time. They might be good whenever they actually decide to show up to a job, but do you really want to risk wasting four hours on that gamble?

The service was excellent. The electrician was very friendly.

The electrician's name is Dean, he explained everything carefully, and showed me what he would be doing. He told me that I was lucky that the burn could have gotten worst and he was pleasant to work with. I was very well treated.

Jeremy was excellent as always. He is extremely professional and courteous. We have had several interactions with Jeremy and Bolt Electric due to electrical projects and each time the work exceeds our expectations. We would (and probably will) hire again.

what a joke. Received a quote 4 times what a normal professional licensed company provided. How these clowns stay in business is beyond me. The quote sheet is not detailed, the description of work is at best deceptive, they do not quote labor time nor labor rates. So buyer beware. Whatever the market will bare based upon how they feel. .Do yourself a favor call a professional company unless you want to get screwed by Bolt ....the only thing missing with them is our of state workers and license plates.

Scheduling could have been better, but the tech Nick was phenomenal, courteous,and payed attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

The work was highly professional, very confident and knowledgeable.
