They checked all the outlets inside and outside of my house plus the electrical panel box. They also answered questions and made great suggestions about what needed to be done to correct my issues. I found out I had lots of 'loose' plugs which needed to be replaced. I will also be able to use the fee I paid toward future electrical work by this company. The representative was very helpful.

Tech was good and informative – showed me inside panel and explained what I have to do.

They were supposed to between here between 8 and 11 am. I had to call Bolt twice to check on why no one was here. I was told they were running late. It got to be 1230 and I called to cancel. then and only then did someone finally call me.. tthis guy tried to give us some story... and said they "dropped the ball" this is ridiculous!! I want my $59 back that I paid for up front!!! NEVER NEVER would I call this company again... they have no respect for my time!

The guys who did the work were fabulous. [1st guy Never showed up – left company. I was not contacted. ].

Electrician arrived on time (within window of time given me), replaced a ceiling fan I had in my home office with no problems. Cleaned up his mess and he was very pleasant to work with.

Dean was very personable! Explained everything thoroughly. He was a pleasant to have at my home. I would recommend dean to anyone.

All fine once appointment kept. Had to reschedule once due office staff dropping the ball.

Dean was on time and gave me a lot of insight on problems I am having. He-gave me a written estimate on taking care of my electrical problems. He was very considerate and answered my questions.

Needed ceiling fan installation including electrical wiring. Estimate was $595.00. The following week I had the job done by another A+ Angies List provider for $217.50.Angies List did promptly refund the $59.00 I had spent for the "deal". Be careful!!!

The Bolt Electric technician, Chad, came out to my house and said the surge protector in the purchased deal isn't sufficient for the needs of my home. Apparently the deal was only for basic surge protection of outside motors not the electrical panel on my home, which confused me because the deal doesn't clarify any of this. Apparently the outside motors are for things like a swimming pool pump, etc. Chad said I had to pay a total of $400 if I wanted my main electrical panel to have surge protection. I didn't expect or want to pay the additional amount. I feel the deal should have been more specific.

Great dean was on time and quickly determined the problems; he explained it clearly & did not charge for this visit the first of much additional work to be done. By this company.

Dean the electrician was promote friendly and professional his mode the inspection that loaded for found no problems and work some suggestion for me to consider.

Scam Artists. .Tried to upcharge me an extra $44 for a 30 minute job. Wanted me to fill out a review in front of him

Are they a scam?For $200 They said they repaired it...shortly there after it stopped working again. I called a different electrician on Angies list paid $200 again, but it has worked for two years!

This was a $49 big deal. That went well. I had to pay more. They came on time.

I purchased a $49 coupon entitling me to electrical service call and $100 credit towards service. I called the supplier as requested by the Angie's List website. I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time. On the day of the appointment, I tried to call the supplier on at least three occasions to confirm. I was unable to make contact. I sent an email. No reply. The technician never came. I then called again the following morning. I set up a new appointment two days later. The technician came on this occasion. He quickly ascertained that the transformer had blown in the track lighting. He indicated that the transformer needed being replaced. I asked him what he would recommend. I explained that this was a rental unit and I wanted to keep my costs down. He suggested I replace the track lighting with a light fixture. He installed the new light fixture. The technician handed me a bill for $24, making my total cost $73.
