I bought the $99 deal for 2 man-hours. Two electricians came on time, got the job done and left. Wore booties in the house, cleaned up after themselves and left with a satisfied customer. The company's communication was excellent! They called to remind me they were coming the morning of service and provided a 2 hour window that was the same as was provided in initial contact. The electricians were able to come earlier so they called to see if it was convenient for me. They arrived on time, asked me to explain the issues then got to work. They communicated well with each other to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair. I routinely work with commercial electricians that do this but rarely have I found residential contractors with the same approach. KUDOS to Bolt!

They came out and I wanted to do some landscape lighting. I do not think you want to use them for that. I think they are more like regular electricians. The guy just did not seem very knowledgeable. He came in with a book and did not have any ideas or anything. He was nice. I thought the price was really high. There were no problems getting them to come out. Their punctuality was fine too.

Dean was on time, professional & amiable, I would call bolt and ask for him again. He verified what needed to be done. Told us the cast in advance, & I have only good things to say.

Went great! arrived on time, performed all work thoroughly, explained all procedures & services, was pleasant, articulate, professional, efficient & took price in doing a very good job! Made sure we understood all work. Will call him for any future work.

Jeremy was a little late, but was very professional and thorough. Answered all my questions and explained what he was done.

I am unsure how the first 200 dollars were spent. The deal was 89 for 200. The additional money was well spent fixing a double tapped box on the circuit breaker.

Took a couple of weeks to get someone out but it wasn't an emergency. Installer did good job but found company quite pricey even with $100 deal discount. Just replacement stuff, not new.

They did the inspection and contacted me back with a list of things that need taken care of.

On March 7, Bolt provided me with prices for replacing 5 indoor switches (3 3-way, and 2 2-way), adding and electric outlet to my front entry way and on my lanai, as well as replacing the outdoor spotlight. I could only afford (with this deal) to do the outdoor light. The rest was too expensive, ie, they wanted over $100 each to replace the switches. The technician advised me that he would have to order the light and would make an appointment when it arrived. I never heard back from them. I finally called on 3/17 to ask if the part had arrived. The office person made an appointment for Monday 3/21. The technician arrived when expected and performed the work. I was disappointed that I hadn't gotten a call back to replace the light fixture and didn't get an appointment until I called them, however, they did do the work and were very professional.

Everything went well. He communicated the issues with us and gave us options for repair vs. replacement. He was friendly and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself when finished.

Prompt, professional, through courteous, answer all queries, laughed at my jokes.

They scheduled Ana point net promptly. They showed up on time. They did the work cheerfully, in an efficient manner with no hitches. The electricians were polite, friendly, competent and customer oriented.

Dean called and arrived on time. Explain the process. Very professional and quickly corrected the problem.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very expensive for the work done. I had a TV installed on the wall and was under the impression for the price all wires would go through the wall, which they never did. I called to have them redo it but the owner said NO!!! He said I had to pay for it to be done again, which I refused. I had other experts come out and look and they agreed it was not done correctly. I also bought many eyeball recessed lights to be replaced in my kitchen. At the time of the estimate I was told they could be used. I made it very clear I was going to spray paint them to match the rest of my decor. After returning home I was left a note by the electrician stating they would not work! Now I was stuck with the eyeball recessed lights, which could not return as they had been painted. I had other issues also, they dragged a new TV box along my new carpet (a day old) and soiled it! My water heater was shifted to one side, after they worked on cable wires above it. This was a little odd, they would show up and say they couldn't work on my cathedral ceiling, as they didn't have a ladder that day, tall enough. Then they showed up again and wanted to reschedule for another day. After all this I was left a HUGE BILL for $3,300 or more (approx). I called the owner and had a really bad experience with him. He didn't want to know and was not interested in anything I had to say. He was only interested in the bill !!! I've owned many homes and had lots of work done over the years, this giving me the feeling the owner was not a electrician, only a money grabbing sales man. If I'm correct it seems like he has electricians working for him, not sure but really seems that way. If this is the case I would recommend everyone who reviews this comment to search for another electric company. I can honestly say after owning many homes for over 20 years, I have NEVER EVER come across a owner of a business like this.He needs to be working behind a desk in a cubicle working for a collection agency!

Unfortunately the light fixture housing wasn’t rated. For the weight of a fan.

I have used coupons for electrical services from Bolt Electric 3 or 4 times with no complaints. I always ask for Dean and he is on time, has always been able to fix my problem and answers any questions. I will continue to use bolt electric for electrical needs as long as "Dean" works for the company because I trust his work.

Outlets in area of kitchen didn't work. I didn't know all were controlled by one switch. Since didn't take long, they fixed lights in my garage - changed bulbs which I couldn't reach even with my ladder. One of bulbs didn't work after 24 hours, came back with new one promptly and with no charge

The coupon I bought helped somewhat, but the installation of a light fixture was quite expensive. No matter, the electrician was very good.

STAY AWAY FROM BOLT ELECTRIC .... Providers big deal was $209 worth of electrical work for$89. I wanted a ceiling fan installed in my garage . Access panel in garage was readily available . Power was within 3 feet of where fan was to be installed . Fan was to hang from ceiling joist which was directly located near access panel opening . For the most part fan had been put together my myself the night before. Gentleman arrived & inspected area where fan was to be installed and immediately retreated to their vehicle to " figure out the price" . When they returned the price was $594 to install the ceiling fan . I immediately turned them away. This company is nothing more than a BAIT & SWITCH ELECTRICAL COMPANY and should be avoided at all costs ! You wait around most of the day for the electrician to arrive and than they pressure you into paying this outrageous service fee . STAY AWAY FROM BOLT ELECTRIC , extremely unprofessional !!!!
