Description of Work: I signed up for a $99 whole house surge protector on March 28, 2013. I called about a month later and found out I was on the list. I called again on 5?15/13 and reminded them and it was installed the next day. Very prompt, and on time.

Description of Work: Service rep came and installed the $99 whole house surge protector. However, he tried to upgrade me to a better ($300) and best (1200) one. I was uncomfortable with the approach. He did a nice job of installing the $99 one and explained how it worked. (The difference in units are the warranty coverage. The more the unit costs the higher and more broad the coverage) However, even the most expensive one does not cover electronics. I'd give the company a C/B.

Description of Work: Not impressed! Upon arrival, I was quoted an upcharge of $550 to move an existing ceiling fan less than 2 feet over and to have the 4 recessed lights that I paid $400 for to have a switch on the wall. I would have been willing to spend maybe another $300 for these two services but $550?, come on.
