I used Bolt Electric
Description of Work: When I called to set up the appointment the person was very nice and professional. On the day of the appointment the electrician showed up on time. I was installing a newer stove and needed a new outlet. He explained the process and made recommendations. I also had him check the breaker box. He told me everything was OK and recommended a surge protector. I had already done some research and this was something I wanted to have done. He installed the surge protector and it is working great. Very friendly and very professional. When electric issues arise I will not hesitate to give Bolt Electric a call. I am very satisfied.

Response from Bolt Electric
This review is false. We did contact this member within 2 business days of the purchase date of his Big Deal Promotion as is required by Angie’s List. We followed the Angie’s List requirements to perfection. After a customer purchases a Big Deal we are required to use the Angie’s List message center to send a message to the member with instructions about how to schedule an appointment and our contact information; which we did. This member elected to ignore our correspondence and never reached out to us to attempt to schedule an appointment. I am afraid that the member is mistaken in his remarks and perhaps it would serve well to check his messages.
