They did a really good job.
Description of Work: They came and looked at an outside security light. They found that it didn't have power running to it and I asked him to cut it and he didn't charge me anything.

Description of Work: Paid $99 for $200 worth of service. Had four lights installed at a cost of $488 minus $200. $288 + $99 = $387. Cost with another electrician would have been $300. Service took less than one hour. Overpriced.

Description of Work: These guys were great. I had the professional gentleman do a few things such as run a new line and light and some other troubleshooting. He got everything work perfectly and even changed out a switch that was on it's last leg.

Didn't hire Bolt
Description of Work: Didn't hire Bolt since they were the only contractor contacted on Angie's list that expected $59 simply to come and to an estimate. They said this amount would be deducted from any work done, but since I didn't know what the estimate would be, this was a non-starter. They were also the only company contacted where simply to get an estimate I would have had to wait approx two weeks.

We regret that we were unable to satisfy this member. We have a very simple process for booking a service call and it was explained to the member clearly. I do not understand why the member felt we deserved an “F” review since she didn’t use our service.
