The entire process was professional from start to finish. I was contacted by the company after I purchased the deal, they were very polite and scheduled the service. The technician arrived on time and was professional and curious, the work was completed and I have not had any problems with the surge protector since.

The work was fine. But a cautionary tale for Angie'l list folks. This was a deal purchased on Angie's "$39 for $109 worth of electrical services". Turns out that he didn't charge me for changing the light bulb (I don't have a ladder that reached that high), but that the charge to replace the closet light was around $175, so with the $109 from the Angie's deal, I owed him another $65 or so. For what it is worth, he was in our home for less than a half-hour. Not really complaining here, but we need to take some of these Angie's deals with a grain of salt.

Good, repair on ceiling light not done, was not told ahead they would not do, I would have bought new fixture for replacement if known. Service technician very nice

It took several weeks to schedule, then the first service days was aborted, the second canceled. They finally got the work done to our satisfaction, but the scheduling was a nightmare.

I will not be using this provider, and have been asking for a refund since I purchased the deal. The service tech also told me that I can get the deal cost back if I don't use them. I am getting no responses from Angie's List or Service provider. Can I just have my $60 back please?

Electrician showed up as scheduled, calling first as requested. He wore a niform, was completely professional, and courteous. He completed the job quickly, charging extra only for the part. I would use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Straightforward installation of switches. Cable for internet service was re-routed without difficulty. The electrician gave me suggestions for surge protection which is prudent if one lives near Tampa. My only gripe pertains to the fee schedule. I feel that $88.00 for installation or replacement of a simple switch is exorbitant.

The tech was very pleasant, professional, and punctual. This review has nothing to do with the person who came to my house. Almost two years ago I had an electrician install new power, mounting hardware, and bracing while installing a ceiling fan in a place that had no prior service. This cost me under $240. To get small things like these pendant lights installed should not cost $580. The price was crazy. I was shown the "book" where the prices are spelled out for the field electricians, but the book is clearly written with severely inflated prices. Now I jut have to hope I can get my money back for the "deal" I bought... Bolt will not be working at my house...

They called to let us know their arrival time. He inspected the panel and turned off power while working on the wiring. The technician explained the work and performed the conversion to allow for a new 220v receptacle for the kitchen stove. He also provided suggestions for additional work and estimates. He provided a followup number should we have any issues.

Had a great experience. Jeremy was a great tech. Will request him again when I move forward with other work I would like done.

1st time didn't have tall enough ladder and discovered no switch for the outlet. Came back and installed to use just with remote. Installation was smooth and fixture worked fine.

I was a victim of my own ignorance and what smacks of a bait and switch. Needed ceiling fans fixed and Bolt did a great job. Just had to reconnect wires that came lose. I figured the introductory rate of $49. for $109. of service would have covered it. My bill was $300. +! What I learned was that I need a handy man for simple jobs, not a licensed electrician. I'd use Bolt again as I was completely impressed with the service provider, but only for some future job that exceeds a simple task. Disappointed in the price as it was such a simple in and out job.

The service provider was courteous and attempted to resolve the issue. The company does a fine job of calling to follow-up. I would use them again.

I found it a little confusing the way it was written. I thought I was going to get a bulk amount of time, and it wasn't what I got. I was pretty argumentative with them. I had a bunch of other things that I was excited to do. I had to pay a little extra because it took a little longer. I thought maybe I didn't read it properly. They did a good job, but the whole pricing thing was a joke to me. I think they should have done it for $39 and not charged me more, but I really needed that light switched out. They were fine with responsiveness. I think the professionalism faltered just by the way they represented. The workers were polite, they were fine.

Excellent - everything done efficiently and expertly by very personable electrician. Also got very reasonable estimate for some panel work that may need to be done in the future. This is the second time I have used Bolt and I highly recommend them.
