My technician was very informative, letting me know every step, what he was doing, why my electric was not working; and what it would take to fix it.

Very well. Dear was on time courteous and complete install quickly.

Jeremy the electrician was knowledgeable, efficient a pleasant. Scheduled time was 8:11 AM, initially we well told we would be 1st customers at 8, that was changed but he was still here by 11.

I was a bit hesitant about contacting an electrician to repair the few items I needed fixed. I was afraid of being ripped off. This was NOT the case with Bolt Electric. Clayton was AWESOME! He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. Everything I had on my checklist that needed repair was fixed. He provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong with each item before repairing. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Bolt Electric and will use them for all of my future electrical needs. Thank you!

They did okay. They did not do much. I did not get much for the money so I did not know if the guy was very good. They came on time. They did not charge me more than the Big Deal price, but they wanted to. I just had them do the minimum that I could get for what I paid. I wanted more work done, but apparently, they charge by piece. They charge a flat fee. It is like they wanted $500 for something you can get for $100. It is just a problem with their pricing. It is the biggest problem I have with it.

They did the work we needed. It seemed like the price was higher than what I was expecting, but they seemed to have done a good job though. It took us a while to get it together. The cost came out to be in the neighborhood of $700. I would not use them again because I feel that the price is too high and I feel that there are other electricians and I have used a couple of other and they charge less, but I thought as good as their work effort.

Did what was needed. Could not install exhaust fans. Due to buildings/ ceiling problems.

Jeremy fixed numerous issues with the blessing of the remodeling contractor. My overall opinion is that it went from a disaster to a good outcome for everyone! Thank you Jeremy & Bolt Electric.
