It was a major project. They always call us ahead of time and where there when they said. They communicated very well about schedules and timing and then performed all the work they said on a timely basis.

Great. Weren't able to do all because of issues with our ceiling and the undercabinet lights being not right for layout. Very professional and courteous.

Whole house electrical check. I paid and was never contacted or refunded by Bolt or Angie's list.

He was very polite and professional, but charged me $450 for an evaluation when it was supposed to be a $49 service call.

Inspector was early and got to work immediately. He was friendly, professional and thorough.

Dean and Wilfredo were very professional from the very beginning. They were punctual and considerate; they even brought their own shoe covers, which I appreciate since we don't wear shoes in the house. They were efficient with their work, and their explanation of the next steps and estimates was very clear. I will definitely hire them again.

I thought the cost for the work was on the high side. We did have him do extra work since he was here. Some of my responses are the best I can remember, but that doesn't mean they are 100% true because of the passage of time. They are to the best of my recollection.

They showed up on time and looked around but he never did fix the issue I called them there to do. They were on time, they were friendly, but they did not fix the problem.

He said he did not have the plug. This was a big deal purchase. It was awful. They are about two hours away from me. The first time the guy came he said he could not fix it. After that I could never get him to come back. It took three times when they finally sent somebody else. I will never use them, I mean, they are too far away. The people were very nice, especially the first guy that came. But that was the last time I saw him. I think it took two or three times, I am not sure. They could not seem to get to me.

They charged us for a day's work to put in the recessed lighting. About 5 days later the electrical work went out. They came out to look at it and he said that it is another problem not theirs. They refuse to come out to make it work. The electrician yelled at me for a few minutes. The company will not stand by their work.

Last year I asked the Bolt electrician to give me a quote to wire a kitchen sink garbage disposal for a house I recently bought. Here looked at the wiring for the switch, then pulled the dishwasher away from the wall and looked behind it. He gave me a quote of $400 for the garbage disposal wiring. I later found out that there was already an outlet behind the dishwasher that was wired for the garbage disposal and connected to the switch. They're electrician tried to charge me $400 for doing nothing with wiring that already existed. That Bolt electrician is a scam artist. He also quoted me $600 to reroute the wiring for my lawn sprinkler control box to the garage. That's a job that would take less than an hour and require $35 in sprinkler wire. Outrageous! Obviously I did not pay for their services. I do not recommend.

In addition to the deal I bought, which was roughly $100, they charged me $200 something. That was my main complaint. Their work was very good, but they were expensive. When I bought the deal I expected that it would count more towards the service that they were going to perform and then they said, "No, that wasn't included." That was just for a panel inspection, which they did within five minutes. So they were a bit expensive, but they did a good job.

Tech was superb. Covered things beyond the scope of contract. Will have same comp;any do work at my strip center.

Immediately the tech seemed oriented toward replacing EVERYTHING. No repairs. We needed some simple things (like even just fixing sockets or replacing lights up high) but everything was quoted as if it had to be replaced from end to end. Maybe these guys are great if you're building a house from scratch, but I would not recommend at all for repairs.
