Bolt electric is a professional, knowledgeable company. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Blake came out to do the job and did great work. Punctual and efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I have used Bolt Electric several times now, for both personal and condo assoc jobs, and have always been pleased.

It went wonderful. Very professional. Scott and Joe did a perfect job. Dean did an excellent job with the quote. The front office, Katy and Mason kept me informed about what was going on. Prices are reasonable. Id have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Blake from Bolt Electric came out and just provided me a quote. Blake the electrcian was really thorough with checking everything and getting me a good quote. Very energetic person and professional. Highly recommend Blake as a electrcian.

Never showed up was scheduled for yesterday for between noon and 4 but tech was running late and rescheduled for today tech never showed up or no one ever called would not recommend this place sorry way to do business

Excellent quick and efficient service

It went really well! When we first made the call to request service, they responded immediately. They kept open communication throughout the whole process to keep us updated. They worked very quickly. The tech, Blake B, was knowledgeable, cleaned up well after himself, and provided sound advice for future electrical work. I would highly recommend them to others.

Bolt really came through! I had several bids to install all new ceiling lights, chandeliers, sconces in my 1925 home...and remove the existing ones. Bolt was very competitive. Blake, the installer, knocked it out of the park! He was prompt, worked all day Saturday, and most of all knowledgeable. Several of the antique fixtures presented "challenges." But Blake solved every one of them and as a result of his continuous hard work, we ended the day with everything installed and working beautifully! Highly recommend Blake and Bolt!

Bolt verbally committed to show up at my residence on 10/21/19 between 12 pm and 4 pm to perform the work. When Bolt had not yet shown up or called, I called Bolt at 3:30 pm on the day of the appointment. A Bolt representative said she would check with scheduling. I never did hear back from Bolt. A very disappointing experience.

Dean was wonderful came out trouble fixed a problem another electrician made, and came back to help with one more question right after he left.

KD was the receptionist that scheduled me, she sent Jeremy, and Jeremy was on time, professional, cleaned up after the work. I would definitely hire Bolt Electric again in the future as necessary.

It went beautifully! They said they would be here at a certain time and they were there right at that time. They were friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jeremy professionalism exceeded Our expectations. We decided to postpone the project due to our time limitations.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment scheduled with them and they never showed up. I called and the front desk people said “oh unfortunately your electrician can’t make it out he’s stuck with a power outage”.... but they never bothered to call me and tell me so I sat at home all day. Then I rescheduled and AGAIN no one shows up for the next appointment. We call and they give us the SAME excuse that the electrician is stuck in a power outage and can’t make it out and they AGAIN, never called us to tell us. Never using this company again. Waste of my time.

Unfortunately I was delighted to have them respond quickly to set up an appointment the next day. I specifically stated I couldn’t be home at a certain time and I was told that they would try come after that. I asked for a note to be put in my order that I had a specific time period where I would be available. I waited 2 hours to not hear anything and when I called to find out they said they left a missed call without any message during the time I was unavailable. Disappointing as I would have booked with another contractor if it was an issue . I had to then wait 4 more days over the weekend before I could hire someone else.

They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

ALL of your recommended companies, which ALL contacted me late, asked too much for such a simple project. so I hired a man I knew could just come over and do the job. he earned $200 in less than 2 hours with no hassles and no overpricing. but I avoided ALL the companies you recommended, at least one of which contacted me well after the job was done...!

Quickly completed and each fixture works well.

I have to say Jeremy was great and truly pointed out some things that needed fixing before I purchased a home. It saved me a headache and a potential fire.

Bolt Electric took advantage of my 89 year old mother. CHECK OUT THE INVESTIGATIVE REPORT DONE BY SHANNON BEHNKEN ON WFLA CHANNEL 8 ON 6/18/19. THIS SAYS IT ALL. MY 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER WAS CHARGED $1010.45 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF 4 SMOKE DETECTORS AND 30 MINUTES OF WORK. BY THE WAY, ONLY 2 DETECTORS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. When I called Bolt Electric main office about this exorbitant and outrageous charge, they refused to discuss it and hung up on me, The Director of Business, Katie, even hung up on Shannon Behnken, the investigative reporter and also hung up on my attorney. Please note that each Kidde smoke detector costs around $10. at Home Depot. Bolt has since filed a lien on my mother's home.

Dean and Jess were very professional and knowledgeable. The problem was a simple fix and they were quick and on time. My only issue was the price was a little high in my opinion, but they were good quality technicians.

It was fantastic, the 2 technicians who came here are awesome and I'm very impressed.
