Excellent. The technician offered 3 options and I selected the most expensive one. My lights are twice as big as the old ones and will never need to be replaced.

Did not bring a tall ladder as I requested. Was not the installers fault although he should have had a ladder. The scheduler did not advise to bring a tall ladder for job. Had to reschedule for another day.

I explained concern over live wires because I'm painting house and need for outdoor lighting. Jeremy and I discussed options and worked out a plan.

I originally had a wonderful experience with this company rewiring my entire house. It seems in the last few weeks that this company has gone downhill very fast. After paying almost $20,000 to rewire my house, I had Bolt return to finish the job so the permit could be closed out. The electrician I had been working with was no longer with the company, so they sent someone else. Nick showed up, and had no previous knowledge of the work that had been done or needed to be done. After instructing him thoroughly, he got to work, proceeding to install lights in incorrect places. He must have been too busy trying to upsell me on $150 each can lights instead of listening to my instructions. He left without the work being complete. We called and scheduled another appointment. 30 minutes prior to when Bolt was supposed to arrive, we called them for an estimate on arrival time. It was then that they told me that no one was going to be coming to our house today. So we rescheduled again. On the third time when Nick arrived, he began work, again without clear instructions from the company. Seeing as I could not take a third day off of work to deal with this, I left for work. About three hours after I left, I received a call from Nick. Nick proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time, he has a family to feed, and that I was jerking him around by having him work on my house. He told me that he had just received his work order (3 hours after arriving and starting to work), and that everything I was having him do was not on that work order. I was berated and scolded by him. I proceeded to call Bolt, and left a message with their office assistant, who told me that a manager would be calling me. I never received a call. The following day, I called back and managed to get on the line with a manager. I expressed my concerns, and received an apology, however, an apology does not make up for the unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced. This company has taken a complete 360 from when I first hired them, and they lost their best employee and loyalty to the company when they lost Jason.

It went fine, great guys, a little pricey but I'm sure it was in line with others. I believe the entire industry is WAY overpriced.

Not good. First visit was scheduled at 8, had to wait til 11 for second technician to start work. Think price we paid was ridiculous. Return visit price was equally high ( we didn't do work) electrician work not very neat , made a mess.

They furnished a new casing and fixed the electrical uit.

I purchased a package through Angies list for electric work. They came when they said and although at first they thought more work might need to be done above the package, once they started they were able to complete the job within the package I purchased. I am very happy, I no longer have can lights hanging down, and the job was done within the package I purchased. They were on time and very professional.

The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Jeremy answered all my questions and was very courteous. I would recommend them. I did not shop the price, so I do not know if their pricing is competitive. I had the $109.00 credit from Angie's special that cost me $39.00. I paid $800 after that. The "better" surge protector was $400.00, and the balance was for the timer.

Arrived as scheduled. Performed diagnostic. Couldn't find precise problem (phantom fault). Replaced breaker.

Jeremy is a knowledgeable and personable electrician. I would ask for him again.

Would not return follow up call to align outside light.

The service provider was prompt, professional and pleasant.

We paid $398 for installation of one exterior outlet and an additional $298 for a single circuit diagnosis to determine the problem with another exterior outlet that was not working. The technician could not determine the problem with existing outlet that did not work. In total we paid $619.20 for installation of one exterior outlet that included a reduction of $109 for the Angie's list promotion. This small job cost us $728!!!

So ... So... They sent out a gentleman that was not capable of doing the 3 jobs. He told me he was going for supplies & 2 hrs later called & said he was on an emergency call & wouldn't be able to return till next day. Ummmm, I had explained to scheduler what exactly needed to be done, so there shouldn't have been any reason to send someone incapable of doing the work. Anyways the next day two gentlemen came & did the work requested all along, but the bickering between them was unpleasant to be around. One guy was fine, but the other one - geewiz - what a know it all, at least in his mind. This led to the bickering. Not cleaned up very well, and I was skimming bits of plastic out of my pool for weeks that had fallen in when drilling into soffit for the hard wiring. Was relieved when they left. And as to the guy from the first day, well I don't know if he's still on that "emergency" call or not.......I don't like being misled.

Everything installed the way I asked

Overall unhappy with the service, especially given the price we paid. We were unhappy with the exhaust fan, they told us they would vent it out the soffit, but it is actually vented just into the attic. They cut a larger than necessary hole in the wall for the oven wiring. And the outlet for the microwave was loose and my husband had to fix it himself. Also, they did not properly replace the facing of the electrical panel when they were done. However, the two gentlemen were friendly and professional.

Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable.
