He arrived, I told hi what needed to be done. I'd forgotten some items and he waited. Finished without any problems.

Work was completed without any issues. Also agreed to new surge protector (representing approx. 50% of cost listed below) that protects all electrical devices inside home. I live in a very high lightning strike area, and have lost a number of devices in the home as well as two large oak trees in past years.

Bolt was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem and had a list of solutions for us. He didn't try to pressure us on one option or another. Great experience.

They did a good job. It was a minor issue. They did good. The price was reasonable. There was not much to it, but he did what he needed to do. He was right on time. They came here in the time they said they would come here, and they performed the services well. No complaints.

We're really pleased with their performance and all that they did. The cost was high. At the end of the day, I don't really feel like I got the $100.00 off the cost. I feel like they just raised the price a hundred, and then took the $300. I think it would have been $300 if I would have called any electrician. It seems like they may have raised the price, to compensate what Angie's List deal was. They were very nice, very professional, everything they did was great. I'm just not sure if we got the deal, which was $100 off.

Everything was fine (I thought) until the technician left and suddenly the cable, telephone, and internet were out (and they were out for 53 hours before I could get it repaired). I spoke to the manager and was told that the technician could not possibly have caused this, but that she would have him call. He did not call. It turned out that the fios optic wire was cut right where the ground wire was buried.

The electrician was professional, on time and did quality work. He made sure the outlet that he was working on was going to be sufficient for what was needed.

Jeremy was prompt, courteous, and explained the issue and what it was going to take to repair. He was thorough and efficient. *Give him a RAISE!*

The job went well and we have used them several times since.

Received up front info on cost of diagnostics and he was able to figure out the mistake made by contractor. Repaired the initial fan and redid wiring on 2nd fan.

Work was completed in a organized manner.

Great. Jeremy is very professional and an excellent electrician. Explained everything & costed job before any work began. The kitchen repair was straightforward. Of the two new outlets, one was on an exterior wall in a difficult location. He advised that it would be very expensive so ,since it was more of a luxury outlet I concurred with his recommendation and did not proceed. The second outlet I wanted is located in a short wall that houses a pocket door. Jeremy explored my opinions and was able to install this outlet. I have used Bolt Electric five times and have always been impressed with their professional services and customer service. Always on time. I've always been satisfied. No, they aren't the least expensive but I have tried t save money on electrical work in the past and suffered inconveniences and terrible work. I'm too busy & poor to look for 'bargains' that end up costing more to fix. I've found my electrical contractor and will use them again. If you want a quality job, be willing to pay for talent. The office staff is very responsive as well, giving me reminder calls and letting me know when to expect their arrival within the scheduled service window. I was hit by lightning last year, Lost my Tv, all cable equipment. Decided to install better protection. Jeremy advised me on the equipment.. not the most expensive, and gave me advice on getting my own protectors for individual electronics..point of service items. Wish I'd done it sooner, I wouldn't have had to replace tv or networking equipment & go through a laborious reconfiguration. Surge - $398. New outlet -$298. Replace gfi - $38.

They changed it out but put in the wrong one.

Scheduling was fast and easy. Technician arrived on time, was fast and friendly and patient and answered all of my questions.
