I had a very good experience. They did an excellent job and did not charge me an arm and a leg. They installed a generator and transfer switch panel in my garage. They put in a whole house surge protector. These guys were professional, they explained everything, and they showed me comparable pricing their competitors had. This what 3 days before the hurricane and everyone wanted an electrician, I am sure their price was higher than it would be on an average day, but it didn't seem out of line for what they gave me. I really expected someone to take advantage of the situation and they didn't. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there.

Dean was on time and checked everything. Advised to what we have to do. Advice verible options.

Scheduled an appt, 1st available was 2 weeks out and then given a window to wait from 1-5. Before agreeing I voiced my concern to their receptionist that I was a good 45 minutes away and would need a call at least 30 minutes prior to arrival and possible be scheduled last. She agreed to have a call made at least 30 minutes out and would try their best for the last slot. On the morning of the appt I called to confirm speaking to the same receptionist I again voiced my time concerns and she then switched my waiting window to 2-6 and confirmed I was slotted for the last appt. that afternoon at 3:13pm I receive a phone call from the same receptionist and was told my electrician was 15-20 minutes away. Upset I reminded her of what allowed me to make this appt was her confirmation of expecting a phone call that would enable me to arrive timely. Asking her why this wasn't the case she just commented that somehow I misunderstood her. Apparently the two phone calls I made to confirm these details were all made up in my head and Bolt, well ...... Almost instantly the demeanor of the receptionist turned aggressive and had ultimately handled the situation very badly and ended abruptly. I am left with one question though. Does it make sense for such a thriving company with appt not available until 2 weeks out end the day with such a small job 3:00 in the afternoon? I was left with the feeling that they had purposely violated my concerns and in conjunction with the actions of the receptionist it is my opinion that they scheduled another job with a higher profit margin in my place. Wow, so much for trying to keep it in the community and help out local businesses.

Now my husband can set up his workshop in the garage. :) Great!! We were glad to see Jeremy to do the work. He was hero once before to do some work & we were very pleased then too.

They quoted 5100.00 to fix my Electricity and I felt pressure to do it THAT DAY (right after the storm) I got the work done by a licensed Company that pulled a permit and got me hooked up the same day for about 800.00. They even quoted a 250 permit fee when permits were handed out for 5.00! Because of the storm! I saved their quote! Some Company!
