Description of Work: I called Nelson early in the morning and he came out that morning to fix my refrigerator that had stopped cooling. He took the Frig apart, de-iced it, repaired the door that was not closing properly, and had the parts to fix my ice maker. The refrigerator works like new, and I could not be happier. He told me what I needed to do to prevent the problem in the future. If I had called a big commercial company, I would have probably would have to order parts and wait a week or so, and go through that hassle. With Nelson, he has many years experience and he knew what he was doing, and you could tell. He did not try to sell me something I did not need or want. He is exactly what you want from a repair professional. I wish there were more people out there like him. If you need this type of service, Do Not hesitate to call him. You won't be sorry.

Description of Work: THe ice maker wasn't working. Nelson determined the cause and fixed it. He was extremely professional, always prompt and a real pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: We were having an issue with our freezer collecting ice on the bottom. Nelson came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. We had another service repair company come out and they charged us 90 just to look at it and estimated the job to cost 260. Nelson was very professional and honest. I even had him come out to my house and look at my freezer and instead of trying to fix it he recommended I call the manufacturer because it was still under warranty. Thanks Angies List!

Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator and explained a no-cost solution. Description of Work: I called Mr. Munoz because his card said "37 years experience" and "same-day service", and my refrigerator was cooling erratically. He came when he said he would (it was a Saturday). He was articulate and polite, very nice, in fact. He said he had worked for a major retailer for 37 years and had left recently to work for himself. He knew what was wrong right away (I forgot what he said), and he had the part in his truck. He mopped the floor up when he finished. My refrigerator works fine now. I was very impressed by his personality and his very reasonable price. I would rate Best Refrigerator Repair "A" in Overall, Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism.
