Nelson was amazingly responsive considering the late call on a Friday. We just moved into our house and the older model SubZero (see photo) suddenly stopped working. I texted Nelson and he responded within the hour. By the afternoon, he was here, pinpointed the problem, explained the process, and spent over an hour fixing the issue. We were first-time customers, but he went out of his way to take care of us. Everything running smoothly now, and Nelson was a pleasure to have in our home. Very professional and personable. Very highly recommended.

Nelson came out and did a wonderful job. He found the problem right away, and he had the part needed to do the repair. Nelson tested the water dispenser and determined that there was no leak; the water we saw was just the result of clearing the air in the waterline after the new filter was installed. We appreciated his honesty and would definitely use him in the future.

Nelson was very attentive and responsive. He came to rescue a and had a simple diagnosis: the compressor is dead. It could be replaced but he would not do the job because it would cost close to a new refrigerator with 5 years of warranty. We paid his visit fee and thanked him for his honesty.

Mr. Munoz returned my call very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment to check my mother’s refrigerator the next day. He called when he was on his way and gave the estimated time he should arrive. He was very professional and honest about the refrigerator’s problem and even tried to see if we might be covered under a warranty. He advised that without it falling under warranty the repair cost would not be worth it and that we should consider a new fridge. He even told usbwhich ones he felt were good brands, and which he felt we should avoid. I would highly recommend Mr. Munoz and have saved his info in my contacts in the event I need him again.

He showed up on time, and gave the owner a big discount on his price. He did great work but somehow he change the way the ice comes out from regular sizes cubes to "crush ice", so now it only dispenses "crushed ice" and NOT "cubes". When I called him to come back and fix this problem, he wanted us to pay him to return and fixed something he broke. Needless to say we still have a fridge that NOW only dispenses crushed ice, and NOT cubes.

Nelson was fantastic! He was able to come within a couple of hours of me calling him. He identified the problem quickly (problem with the defrost heater) and was able to fix it quickly. Professional, friendly, and super easy to work with!

The refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday. I text a message to Mr. Nelson Munoz and asked him if he could come out on Monday or Tuesday. He wrote back, he would fit us in sometime mid day on Monday (how's that for great service)! He called Monday morning, confirmed he would be at our house and even arrived a little early. Unfortunately, this refrigerator is an older model and parts can be difficult. I keep it because when the kitchen was remodeled it was built into custom cabinetry and faced with matching wood panels. Mr. Munoz knew what was wrong and the parts needed but was not sure it could be repaired. He did not charge for the service call, promised to look into getting the parts and would let us know. He called back and set up an appointment which was going to be an all day repair. He arrived on Thursday, several parts were replaced and the now the fridge is back to working perfectly. I really appreciate his good work! This is a large refrigerator which, if we went with the top of the line again, could easily cost several thousand dollars. I feel so lucky we choose Best Refrigerator Repair, Inc, and can keep this appliance going for hopefully a few more years!

Nelson obviously knows exactly what to do and worked quickly and efficiently. I would most definitely hire him again. He got right to work and certainly knew what to do to fix three nagging problems.. Cost was reasonable and We would certainly call him for more complex repairs in the future as needed. He also has a pleasant personality.

Nelson is the best. I called him, explained the issue. He was able to tell me on the phone what I needed, which is rare -- but it was an easy diagnosis because the ice maker was dead. He ordered the replacement part, called me when it was in and came to install it. He was awesome! He came, replaced the ice maker and checked to make sure everything else was working fine. I highly recommend him. Honest, personable and fair.

Nelson is a refrigerator specialist, so he had the part I need in his own stock, which saved time. He was available to come the same day I called, and he was very punctual. My only warning is that you have to expect to pay accordingly for all of this. His labor for an easy repair (just replacing the control board which is easily accessible), was $180. Still, I would use him again.
