Description of Work: It went amazing!!! Best Refrigerator Repair Inc. is the best company I’ve ever hired in South Florida. Nelson, the owner is a true professional! He understands and respects your time, is great at communicating, is reasonable and extremely fair in pricing, and does an outstanding job following up on his work. Due to the complexity of our damaged Ice maker he had to come back but each time he did so without me have to hunt him down. To my surprise he would call and ask how it was going and each time, he gladly came back to get it 100% in working condition. I highly, highly recommend Nelson!!! He’s outstanding!!!

Description of Work: He removed and inspected the compressor and found that it had failed and needed to be replaced. He advised me that he price would would be about $700 to $800 and that it would be in my best interest to forgo the replacement and repair and to buy a new refrigerator, as well a signing me me a few good tips on what to look for when shopping. He is professional, courteous and honest.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem with a 2 drawer under-counter Sub Zero refrigerator. Found coolant was leaking. Gave a price and said it was unfixable, but might keep working for a while if we wanted to add coolant. We had him add coolant and it has been working well for 4 weeks-- so far.

Description of Work: My 18 year old GE Profile refrigerator was leaking water underneath intermittently. I contacted Mr. Munoz of Best Refrigerator and Re pair , Inc. because it was well graded by Angies List. I contacted Mr Monoz at 9:00 A.M. and he was at my home in less than 20 minutes and diagnosed and repaired the problem nearly immediately. I was vey pleased with his attitude, professionalism and ability and recommend him highly to anyone needing repair of their refrigerator. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Description of Work: I left a message on Nelson's telephone machine, and he returned the call ASAP. He came to our home and checked out the problem we have with our icemaker, diagnosed the situation which involves getting a plumber, and he did a temporary fix. He was extremely knowedgeable and pleasant. As soon as we have a plumber fix what has to be done, we will be calling Nelson to return and do a permanent repair. As far as charging us for this first visit, he did not do so. We look forward to doing business with him soon.

Description of Work: As reported by others, Mr. Nelson Munoz is very responsive and punctual. I left him a message after 9pm. He called me early morning the following day to schedule a time that fit my schedule. He called me back again on the scheduled day when he was on his way to let me know what time he would be here. After i described the fridge ice-maker problem, he explained to me two possible reasons. He fixed one problem first (broken wires under the freezer door) and moved to the second one water connection issue for icemaker. while he was working on that water connection, he found out the fixed wires broken again after several opening and closing of the doors. He told me since it cannot be fixed permanently, i would charge you anything. He cleaned up the working area and put the fridge back. I tried to pay him the gas fee, but he refused to take it. I feel bad for him and would love to use him again for sure next time and highly recommend him for you.

+ -1 moreRefrigerator was not cooling. I called another Best Refrigeration first, but he said he could not help me until Monday. I did not want to wait so I called a different repairman. This repairman did not keep the appointment so I called Best back. The Best repairman agreed to call me the next day when he was on his way so that I could meet him at home (to avoid taking time off work sitting around waiting. This worked well. He called and I left the office and met him 1/2 hour later. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part with him and got the job done. He also had the part for the ice chute. He said to call him if something went wrong. It has been more than 2 weeks now and everything is working fine. He was professional, pleasant, and worked with my schedule. He did just that. I cannot grade the price. I do not know how much this type of work should cost. He spent more than 1 hour, plus driving time, and charged $260 with parts. This seems fair to me with the quality of the work.
Description of Work: It was a burn out defrost heater. He charged $210 for parts and labor. I also asked him to fix the ice chute which had not been working properly for some time. He replaced the disp module, which as he explained is like a computer board, for $50 parts and labor.

+ -1 moreYou could not ask for a better, more efficient, more knowledgeable or more experienced gentleman to fix your appliances. He asked questions to determine what the problem could be. He accurately determined what it was and replaced the part. He even cleaned the bottom of the refrigerator!

+ -1 moreWell, lets just say that Nelson was my Knight in shining armour. He saved the day, the party and all the food in this very big fridge. He came out promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem and then fixed it on the spot. Seemed to truly give a darn about my predicament. Can't ask for more than that.
Description of Work: My oh so wonderful (not) GE Monogram went on the fritz again. This time, conveniently on a Friday just a day before out of town guests and a dinner party. Stuff was beginning to defrost. Not good.
