Description of Work: Installed new 3 1/2 ton heat pump AC and air handler. Moved air handler and installed new ductwork needed for move. |Were willing to work with me on flexible installation date due to my personal time constraints. Showed up on time with 3 guys instead of 2 they usually send so they could get job completed in a day. Cleaned up completely after they were finished. Took time to review system's operation completely after installation. Came back the following day in response to some questions that arose regarding system. Highly satisfied with services rendered. Wish they had 24 hr. emergency service.

Description of Work: Called at 8:30am on 6/10/11 to ask for help my air conditioner quit running. Very nice woman named "Kelly" took all my information and gave me a same day appointment for apx 10am-12pm. Bill the service man arrived at apx 9am found a small problem with wires, one was broken and the rest where showing signs of wear so he replaced all; also check levels of feon and showed me the levels and brought the level up; then when checking the air filter found the whole frame falling out of the wall due to missing screws and graciously replace them so frame no long falls out of wall. He was completely done by 10:19am!! I couldn't have asked for a more prefect experience. I now consider them my permanent A/C & Heating company.
