Description of Work: Was hired to repair wooden siding. Original siding was discontinued and he came up with an innovative way to fix the siding and still making it blend in. Was at the home when stated and did the job quickly! Highly recommend for any handyman work needed around your home.

Originally came out to replace garbage disposal but when asked about roof vents he inspected and repaired them as well on the same visit. Excellent quality. Will use again.

+ -1 moreThe Chief Handyman was my first call on November 5th to receive an estimate. He showed up without a prior phone call to notify me he was coming or without making an appointment. We took 15-20 minutes to walk around the house and I showed him the wood rot. The only thing he did was complain about how much work he had to do for others and how he was going into the hospital on December 1st for knee replacement. He left and told me he would send me an estimate. He sent me the estimate yesterday and it was completely outlandish. This was by far the most unprofessional and high estimate I have ever seen for half of the work since the it only contained work for half the house. He also gave me price a price of $90 for just labor to install a new faucet, whereas, another company was only going to charge me $85 for labor and the faucet.
Description of Work: I had 2 problems that I wanted to get fixed: a small plumbing problem and some wood rot I needed to get fixed.

+ -1 moreDon is definitely a great handyman. He did the work very quickly. He is friendly, and meticulous about his work. I think he can do almost any maintenance job. He does work on an appointment schedule and shows up on time when he says he will.
Description of Work: Removed & replaced weather stripping around our outside doors. Put new door knobs & locks on our inside closet doors. Repaired & repainted ceiling watermarks.
