Description of Work: I took the laptop to Mr Livingston at his shop. He diagnosed the problem as a Bad screen. I had Turbotax info on it that I needed for the tax season. He showed me how to hook it up to a monitor, which I purchased from Best Buy; and it works good.

He did all that I asked to be done and more. We're very happy he came and worked on both of our computers. We definitely would recommend him to anyone who's having computer "problems" and needs professional assistance.
Description of Work: Set up a home network between a laptop and a PC. Cleaned up, start-up items on both computers. Checked for viruses and spyware. Increased speed of access to the web.

+ -1 moreSHELDON WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE DISCUSSED MY PROBLEMS OVER THE PHONE AND HE EXPLAINED THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HOURS (WHICH THEY DID). HE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT IF HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEMS, THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR THE VISIT. HE WAS QUICK TO MAKE REPAIRS AND MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN WORKING PERFECTLY EVER SINCE.
