Description of Work: Services were performed awhile ago so I don't remember the date or cost. I was satisfied and liked that he picked up the computer and returned it after first checking to see if the problem was something he could fix at my house.

Description of Work: Had him hook up my computer to new bigger monitor, asked him to keep all cords hidden and neat like it was. That did not happen and he also plugged a cable in wrong spot so I had NO SOUND!

Description of Work: Sheldon arrived on time, and started working repairing my computer. It had locked up and I could not access the internet, or even get into my document files. He thoroughly checked all my files and found exactly where the problem was located. He works quickly, efficiently, and professionally. This is not the first time I had used his services, and if I should need repairs in the future, he is the one I will call upon. I recommend him highly to my friends and neighbors. His prices are reasonable, charging by the hour for his time. His rates are so much cheaper than dropping computers off at, say, Office Depot, or Best Buy. He is a nice, respectful and personable young man.

Description of Work: My computer had become so infected with spyware that I couldn't even log onto the WEB. I called VSL and they came out the same day. Sheldon arrived at exactly the time he said he would. It took him about an hour to completely clean out my computer. He also showed me several ways to avoid future problems. It was GREAT service at a GREAT price. I highly recommend VSL.
