I was very satisfied with the work.

Excellent. Roger gave a free evaluation and reviewed the plan with me before and after work was done. We agreed upon changes to perfect the coverage. Work was performed as agreed and on time. Entire team was friendly and thorough.

PROVIDED A SERVICE THAT I COUL GET WITHOUT HIM BY CALLING A SERVICEMAN. i indicated that there was only one thing that needed attention and he was unwilling to care for it but would send his crew out after he inspected it

It went down okay. Roger spent a lot time. He came over to try to determine what issues I had with my sprinkler systems so he takes a lot of time. He did a very thorough job. The only think that I personally didn’t like is that, and I can understand why he would want this, I had to walk around with him so that he can show me every little thing which I guess is good but it took a while. He is very thorough. It was just very hot that day to walk around. He is very knowledgeable. As soon as I put in the Big Deal, he contacted me the next day. He was on time.

I purchased a big deal and I talked to them yesterday. He was up front about the work that would be performed and I found that the service would be unnecessary.

He was nice enough, but he complained that the money I paid went toward Angie's list and not to him...that he gave 'free' estimates.

I got what I wanted and they were very fair. The owner is very pleasant. The workers cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anybody.

Went well. Very professional. Suggested a more efficient sprinkler format. We did not do this due to cost.

Service guy showed up and looked over system. Turned it on and found it wasn't pumping water because a pvc fitting was no longer glued. Discussed expanding the system once That was the end of what he did. Said he would call next week and schedule his guys to come out, fix the pipe and get the system primed again. Have never heard from them. Basically I paid for someone to tell me everything I already knew and not give me an estimate to repair or even show up again to try and get the system running. UPDATE (08/19/2013): After my initial review the company owner contacted me and apologized for the poor response. He offered to make it up by coming back and doing a more thorough assessment. This worked out well and he was able to get the pump flowing water. I then paid for his company to go over the whole system. They found and replaced all three zone controllers, replaced a sprinkler head, found and repaired three breaks in the pipe and gave me an estimate to upgrade the system. Price paid for additional services were very fair and I now have a working irrigation system. I am thankful that this business owner called and wanted to make things right. That is a rare quality not often found in business owners today.

The company called to follow up with me about scheduling. We had set up an appointment. They were professional, polite and responsive with me. I was unable to use the big deal due to finding a different company for the work.

Exactly as promised. 2 guys worked 2 days digging & moving heads. They did a great job.

Roger, the owner, was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. His workers were on time, courteous, professional and hardworking. I am very pleased with the work they have done.

He looked at the sprinkler heads and spray pattern and control box and determined the problem was inadequate water pressure and did NOT push for a new system or a better pump. Just a simple explanation of getting new well from someone else and what we could do with the water we have. This professional low key approach is exceptional.

Roger was awesome!! On time, professional, & friendly. He was not the first repair person I called, but he was the first to return my call, which was the first positive sign. He looked at my system & found that it was not the system itself it was the pump instead. He referred someone & did not charge me for a thing! He will definitely be my go to guy for my irrigation needs!!

They were very good, very professional and very quick. They were in and they were out. Plus if I had a problem he was out here so he was very responsive.

I am new here to Florida the Palm Harbor area. We bought a beautiful existing home which needed some updating. We decided to update the landscaping first and Eden Nursery who did the landscaping work recommended Suncoast Irrigation Systems to update the water system. Roger was very professional on the phone; we set up a time to do the work. Suncoast Irrigation Systems was prompt. Roger and I talked about the heads that were not effective for the area, he made recommendations and gave me an estimate, he and his assistant got right to work moving and replacing heads without messing up the yard. Talking with Roger I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and compassionate about the work he does. We talked about other parts of my sprinkler system, he gave me recommendation on them for a later date. He has been out to update my system twice now and both times made for an excellent experience for me. I learned alot from talking to Roger about how irrigation systems work, he is proud of his years of experience. I would highly recommend Suncoast Irrigation Systems to everyone I know because the work was excellent and Roger's estimates were True and very Reasonable. Thanks to Roger Maris, my yard and landscape are living and looking healthy!

Suncoast Irrigation Systems They were excellent. They came out twice. He repaired my sprinklers in the front, did some work on the new timer, and valve. Very reasonable, came right over, worked on it immediately, and was done in an hour. He worked so quick and hard. Very professional, explained everything he was going to do. He is amazing !

Roger and his team arrived exactly when they promised, and worked for 5 days straight to install a very high quality sprinkler system. He listened carefully to our concerns regarding budget and importance of certain plants on the property. He patiently explained the parts of the system, and the computerized timer to our satisfaction. We love our new sprinkler system. The final bill was less than a quote we received over 5 years ago for a smaller project, so we are very happy about the price, and the quality of the components, which I have researched, and are top-notch.
