It went great. Roger did a wonderful job and his price was 2K cheaper that the other estimate to remedy the water problem.

They spent an hour here and found that they weren't able to fix the well and sprinklers but were very nice and didn't charge me anything for their time!!

He wanted to replace my system. I did not think that was necessary however, I did take some of his suggestions.

The owner was friendly and professional. We did not move forward with his suggestions as the quote was far too expensive for our budget.

The work was professional, in budget and has worked fine since the installation.

Roger and his helper were here around 8 am and started right away. I have a lot of landscaping and he set the sprinklers up so all my plants and shrubs would get isolated attention. They had to move a lot of landscaping rocks to lay the pipes and when it was done I couldn't even tell where they had been. All rocks and mulch were put back exactly as found. I couldn't even tell any of it had been moved. Roger spoke to me everyday to explain what he would be doing that day and walked me around to show me. They finished earlier than expected but since I was not home when they finished he came back the next morning and he turned on each zone so I could see how they worked. He also went over the timer. I could tell Roger takes a lot of pride in his work. He always took the time to talk to me and explain things. I would highly recommend this company.

They showed up when they said they would and accomplished the job without hidden extra charges.

We chose not to have the work done at this time as it is just too much money at this time. We would like to get a few more estimates, that are free.We also sent an E-mail to their E-mail address, but they did not respond until we actually called them. I just feel we should not have had to pay the 20.00 just for an estimate on work we never got done.

The gentleman suggested the simplest layout of for a sprinkler system, without any plants of trees in the yard. I really did not plan to remove all the trees so his plan was not work for me, but since I am planning to change the yard layout I listened to what he was saying. Mostly I thought I was getting an evaluation of my current irrigation system, rather than a plan for a new one. Plus I had a problem with the 1st zone not working. Mr Maris did determine the problem. We agreed on $250.00 to replace the parts that were an issue. He told me that he would get to it when his crew finished a job early and had time to do it. I thought that it would get done in a few weeks and I realized it was a small job to him. He had told me not expect it done in the next two weeks but he would get to it. We got a lot of rain in July and August, so I kind of forgot about it. I never heard back from Mr Maris and it was not until Angie's List started asking for my review, that I realized 8 months had gone by and no repair was done. I decided that my job had either slipped through the cracks or he just did not want to do the job. Either way I figured I was better off looking for another company to do the work.

They stated they were not able to do the work because they were too busy and suggested I find someone else.

Roger with Suncoast Irigation called me promptly to setup the initial visit after selecting the promo via Angies List. He was ontime for our inspection of the system and did a very professional and thorough job. The system was not working so Roger went to work diagnosing the problem. He found the issue in the controller unit and had the system working in 15 min. I explained to him that we were getting all new St. Augustine Sod and he explained that I needed to switch to 6 in Popup heads to properly cover the new grass. I also needed the system expanded to cover the landscaping area around our pool. Roger prepared a quote for upgrading the complete system with all new heads and adding the needed new zone for the pool. We went with the bid and all work was completed the following week as scheduled and the Suncoast team did a great job. Roger went into detail on my system and told me how it needed to be setup, how often to water with new Sod being laid. Roger even came back out to do a second inspection of the system after the new Sod was laid the following week and fine tuned the system to make sure all of the new grass was getting complete coverage. This company does great work at a descent price and the are there after the job is done to answer questions and follow up on their work. I highly Recommend them !

Roger and Pablo were extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and did what they promised to do. They kept me apprised of everything and then walked me around the yard to full explain each station and even provided a lesson on how to manage the controller clock. I cannot say enough good things about this team..............and would highly highly recommend them to anyone either requiring a service to an existing system or installing a new one. They have my complete trust and faith.

I arranged for a free estimate and Roger and his assistant arrived on time as scheduled. They spent about one hour with me walking around my yard, running the various watering zones, and discussing what they saw as issues and possible solutions. We agreed on a price and rough schedule. He called a few days later with a definite work date, but I had to postpone it due to guests arriving. He called me two days before the agreed on date to remind me that they were coming. It was a two day job, and they arrived promptly both days. Bottom line: he did everything that he said he would, and did it well. They dug a lot of holes and put in a lot of pipe to both add heads and move heads, but they did such a good job putting everything back together that you can't even tell. The end result is obvious to my wife and I- a much improved system Based on papers that came with our house (purchased in 2010), I can tell that the previous owner installed the sprinkler system himself. There were obvious problems-dead spots, watering the side of the house, our neighbor's fence, our pool deck, no water in some of the flower beds, etc.. All this is now fixed and we are good to go. When they were finished he turned on each zone and walked us through what they had done and why and checked that the timer was properly set. I would recommend Roger without hesitation.

If you need repairs and renovations on your sprinkler system, Roger is your man. It was a pleasure dealing with a person that knows his trade and does honest work at a fair price. I wish every contractor I've hired renovating my house had Roger's work ethics. From the day he gave me his proposal to the completed job, Roger was appreciative and proud of his work. Let me tell you about the job at my house. We tore up the old existing sprinkler system doing landscape renovations. To give you an example, we had 42 stumps ground out which destroyed the irrigation pipes. With that many trees can you imagine the root issues also. Then we finished the sides of the house with pavers. To get water to a rear area of my landscape, there was a 30 foot run from one small area to another where a pipe needed to be jetted under the slab. Roger was the only irrigation company with confidence saying he could make that 30 foot run happen. This was important because the other alternative to getting the water to that area was running a pipe over the slab. I would guess the rest of the progress of the job would be typical for any irrigation installation. But the big difference with Roger's work is they do the digging that needs to be done with hand equipment. The best way to describe doing it this way is they were careful not to break any underground pipes, cable and phone lines. Other companies told me they would bring in trenching equipment. That could have been a nightmare if other damage was done. Lastly a good reason to choose Suncoast Irrigation, they use professional quality equipment. They don't install 'Big Box Store' lower quality sprinklers.

The owner of the company came into our yard, looked at the sprinkler and told us it wasn’t broken even though we could clearly see that it was leaking. He did let us know that our sprinklers didn't match and that for $1100 he could install matching ones. All of the sprinklers except for the one that we called him for were working perfectly and we felt like it was a waste of time for everyone. He also complimented our trees and our lawn, but didn't even know the correct names of the plants. We felt that was something he should’ve known since he’s been in the landscaping and sprinkler business for so long.

Roger was exceptional, prompt, reasonably priced! Service was better than expected. Would use them again and recommend highly to friends, family, and neighbors.

It went well since he checked all the system patiently, and it gave an analysis and review for un updated system as a result of the system check. The price seemed reasonable, but I did not take the offer at the time. I was surprised he did not take my angie's list coupon. It seemed that the analysis was free and I just got charged extra by Angie's list. Weird.

They showed up when they said they would. They were flexible offering whole yard or front yard only, or backyard only so they were good at listening to what we needed and tailoring the plan accordingly.

They did an excellent job. They had a cancellation and called to see if they could come sooner. They reviewed the problem, showed up the next day and repaired the system. They went over everything with my husband.

They checked things out & replaced three sprinkler heads, but I wasn't impressed with their attitude or the cost.

Suncoast came out - discussed our needs & reviewed property, made recommendations - returned on promised date and completed job - excellent service - great explanation of new equipment.

they updated a controller we had been having issues with and switched all sprinkler heads. Great results.
