Description of Work: They are extremely pleasant people, but I give them a lukewarm positive rating. The side of the tub is grainy, rather than smooth, which will be harder to clean, and I had to have them back to retouch some areas. It's ok, but I would use someone else.

Description of Work: They did our bathtub and it was an excellent job. A week later a houseguest dropped something and chipped the tub. I called Nu Shine, they came out and patched the chip, and while I was told there would be a service charge, there wasn't. Great company.
