WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY CAME OUT TWICE BECAUSE A WINDOW CRACKED DURING INSTALLATION. BOTH TIMES A SUPERVISOR/MANAGER AND TWO YOUNG MEN CAME TO DO THE INSTALLATION. THEY HAD GREAT RAPPORT BETWEEN THEM AND THE YOUNG MEN TOOK DIRECTION VERY WELL FROM THE OLDER SUPERVISOR. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE, PERSONABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY MANY QUESTIONS AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF INSTALLING THE WINDOWS. EVEN THE INSPECTOR WHO CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE WORK WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS AND THE WORKMANSHIP. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LLOYD'S AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: He came exactly when he said he would.My husband & I asked him about fixing the closer on our lanai. The gentleman looked at it and said it couldnt be fixed -- and suggested that we buy one at Home Depot or Ace Hardware for about $10 and put it in ourselves, which we are now in the process of doing.
