It was very good. They were on time and professional.

This service was performed at a small 6 unit condo. An owner had called for window repair and while the tech was on site another owner, in a different unit, asked that they perform maintenance on two Jalousie Windows that were sticking. The tech completed the work on the first unit and then performed maintenance at the second unit, spending less than 20 min there and replacing 2 screws. Total parts cost at the 2nd unit was $4. In addition to the parts cost the tech charged an additional $125 service fee. This was in addition to a $125 service fee charged to the first owner. This type of price gouging is typical in this area and to be fair, the actual price should have been discussed prior to any work being performed. Also, when this fee was addressed with the tech he lowered it to $75 instead of the original $125. Regardless this is clearly price gouging and in addition to this review a complaint has been filed with the FL State Attorney Generals office.

Repair was prompt and affordable. But the door functioned as poorly after the repair as before. The company came to our house to correct the adjustment problem but only after waiting several days. I found out later the company was closed due to the flu season, after driving to the their store because no one answered calls. Would use this company again.

Lloyd's was very good. It went very well. It was promptness of rejoining my call and did the schedule that went out. I did not have to check out their work.

Technician had to return to the shop for parts (counter weights), and he returned promptly. He had the window repaired in about 15 minutes.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were the first company I had called when I thought of doing my windows. I didn’t know much about windows at that time to ask questions. I didn’t go with them because I wanted someone who did the job from the start to finish. They knew the law for wind mitigation and what qualifies and what didn’t and I really appreciated that.

I called Lloyds for an estimate. I just needed one window. The estimater, Carl, was at my house the next day. He measured, explained the quality of the product and I gave him a down payment. Generally I get several estimates, but Window World waited almost 10 days before calling back for an appointment, and Lloyds previously installed 3 windows, 2 doors for us. We were satisfied with their work and so we were sure they would do a good job.

My overall experience with them was excellent and I would use them again.

They were very responsive and they were very good. The windows have little cords in them, so the window wouldn't stay up. The cords were somehow off the track. The guy had to replace the piece inside with the cords on. He ordered that piece, he came back, and that was it. It works fine. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information about my windows because my windows are old. It was good to be able to just get the window fixed and not have to have the windows replaced. The price was good. I would use the company again.

They were very prompt, did the installation as quoted and as promised. They were clean, and came out when they promised. They had to custom order the product.

Steve was prompt, paid attention to every detail, cleaned up after he was done. A perfect scenario.

He did not have the parts but helped me find the parts I needed. He was superb in giving me advise to get me to the right sources to get help. He didn't even ask for any money for his services or time. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him in the future if I ever need his services.

Their prices were fair. We dealt with Carl (the one who came out and gave the estimates and did the measurements) to get this job done over the years. The work was excellent. The crew arrived when expected and completed when expected. They offered to return if we found any problems. We were very satisfied.
