Wise Owl came the same day that I called and they were incredibly professional. They spent a lot of time inspecting inside and outside and provided valuable feedback. In the end they said we were doing everything that we could do to trap our rodent visitor, with just a few adjustments needed. Another company came and wanted to charge us $900 for many services. We so appreciate Wise Owlâ s honesty and character. We didnâ t have to hire them this time but we have found our new pest service for our rental properties.

If I could give ten stars I would. Allen and his team helped me when I desperately needed it I had a bad rat problem and couldn't get rid of them. Thank you so much Wise Owl. They came in and got rid of all of them I haven't seen or heard any rats since. Not even droppings. They solved all my problems. I would recommend them to everyone and I do.

From the first phone call to get the estimate until the job was completed I was impressed by the professionalism and how customer oriented they were. Skip came out and went into the attic, took pictures, and discussed the scope of the job. The crew that showed up to do the job were efficient and friendly - explaining what they were doing. Alan stopped by to meet me and check on the job.

the service was too fast ! There is a hole left ion the top roof where the A/c was put inside the house !Can someone come over and fix it ?
