Courteous, professional and prompt!

I was concerned about a mouse and cockroach problem in a house that I had rented out. Thier team member was fast to respond, set up a meeting for the same day, was punctual for the meeting, and in the end, it wasn't mouse/cockroach droppings at all, it was just black flies that had died in certain areas. I did not end up needing the service and the team was honest about that. I WILL be using Wise Owl for all my pest needs in the future.

Very poor follow up, if a call with an urgency that there is a termite coming back showing up in the same spot they treated, they would take a week to come back to fix it. If is not an urgency I would not mind waiting but this is an emergency and I need them to come back immediately.

I want the pro to be held accountable, the pro is the only person that has been in the attic, they supposedly removed rodents, removed old insulation and installed new one, disinfected all areas, but I am getting bad smell and hair coming from the air ducts mainly from the living room, the stanch extends to all the house.

Waiting to be sure the problem is resolved

Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating! I feel they did exemplary work. There ended up being a lot of pebbles in my attic from my roof being redone and they got all the pebbles out, along with the old insulation (900 lbs worh!). They arrived when they said they would and finished before they said they would! I HIGHLY recommend this company, if all companies would run their businesses like this weâ d be in excellent shape!
