WHITT'S SEPTIC TANK SERVICE

Description of Work: We had noticed some water backing up in our guest bath. As we're on a septic system, we assumed it was full, even though the prior homeowners had specifically called out a) it was a new system, and b) they had it pumped before we purchased the home in September, 2013. Whitt's came out, and they first located the tank. I had no idea where it was. Sure enough, once open, it was full. No way was it a) new, or b) pumped recently. He quickly emptied all 900+ gallons, as well as performed minor maintenance/repairs. There was a cautionary word about the age and performance of the system, and he recommended planning for a drain field in the future. Overall, it was very good service with my only complaint being that he arrived approximately 45 minutes after the window of time we were scheduled for, and with no prior phone call. I would used them again.

Description of Work: VERY CURTEOUS, VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. I TRUSTED THEIR ADVICE WITHOUT FEELING THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME EXTRA STUFF. DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: I called Whitt's to get an estimate for a new drain field. I spoke with a lady and told her what I wanted and she said Gary would call me back. He called me within an hour and I told him what I needed. He asked some questions and gave me an estimate over the phone and then when we were ready to proceed he came out in person and verified the estimate. He asked for no money down just a handshake and the deal was set. He came out the next day and started the job and within three days it was completed. We paid him when the work was completed to our satisfaction. I can't say enough about this man. He has integrity, honesty and an incredible work ethic that unfortunately is seldom found anymore. He was over a $1,000.00 cheaper than other estimates we received. If you need any kind of septic tank work Gary is your guy. I told him that I found him on Angie's List and he said he had no idea how he got there. After the work performed I know exactly how he got on Angie's List.

Description of Work: A very pleasant man came right out and worked to find the tank. It was not where I throught it was. It had never been pumped since the house was built 38 years ago. He did a fine job. The toilet problem has been solved. As far as I know the price was reasonable.
