WHITT'S SEPTIC TANK SERVICE

COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! They said they'd be here between 2pm-4pm, didn't show til 610pm! Then the service technician was absolutely LAZY at his job and lied that there was no issue with the septic tank and that it was empty. Dug 2 holes and flipped a switch. WHICH NEITHER FIXED ANYTHING! Said it was a plumbing issue. Then charged $175 for the 20 minutes they were here! So I spoke with the "owner" Joel Snively who at first tried to rectify the situation and said he'd "help" but did NOTHING of the sort! So we then proceeded to have Roto Rooter come out, at 9pm at that, and they put a camera inside the pipe and said that the tank is completely full and that it is causing the problem. So now, my 7 month pregnant wife now has to try and hold it to use the restroom, BECAUSE OF THEIR LAZINESS AND INCOMPETENCE!!! SHOULD BE 0 STARS!!!

Got an estimate for a new drain field, price was reasonable, work was done in a timely manner and very professional. They worked late into the day to ensure the job was completed when expected. I recommend Whitt's for all your septic needs.

Brad was punctual and completed the job quickly. He was able to find the tank cover quickly and got right to work. He was very nice to let me watch what was going on as I wanted to learn more about how the system works. Best service from that of others we have used in the past. They were great! We left a message the night before and received a call back no more than they opened. They worked with me to get right out there before I needed to host a meeting for work. The service was quick. Much appreciated them getting everything handled so quickly and with such consideration for my schedule. Would highly recommend them.

Brad was early upon arrival (unusual, even for an Angie's List "A" lister). He was courteous and efficient. He was most helpful and offered explanations. He offered to repair the sprinkler line that had to be cut to access the tank,

The person who came out was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. They were on time and it was easy to make an appointment.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Brad quickly identified the tank location. He took the time to flood the tank to properly check the drain field operation, and did not rush the inspection. They were late due to an car accident that morning but they did not call and notify me either. Overall very satisfied with the work done and will use them again.

Brad came to our house in a terrible rain storm, I would have understood if he had canceled but he didn't. He called at the time he was scheduled to tell me he was a bit behind due to the weather and traffic, which was completely justified and his professionalism was appreciated. When he arrived he got to work (in the rain), he found the tank and had to dig up a bush to get to it. He did this with a smile on his face and never hesitated. He took the time to explain how my system worked and the work I would need done in the future (I knew this was needed), but he did not try to push any services. He was professional, thorough, patient, quick and did a great job. This company was great from the start, the woman who scheduled the service was cheerful and personable and scheduled us for service within 48 hours. Whitt's has a new customer for life, we could not be more satisfied.

I called on the afternoon of the 11th and spoke with a very nice young lady who told me they could come the next morning at 9 am. Service technician, Brad, was right on time, introduced himself and started right to work. He was very pleasant and informative and completed the job quickly and efficiently for a very fair price. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent job they went over everything with me. Took no time at all to pump out my septic which hasn't been done over 10 years. I will use them again and refer them to my friends.

When making an appointment the employees was nice and professional, after the appointment was made noticed that Angie's List members can receive a discount. Via Angie's LIst sent an email requesting the discount. The response time was within 35 minutes, and she had no problem giving me the discount. She even said thanks for letting her know in advance. Crew arrived on time and was professional and nice. They located septic tank and pumped it out. They advised tank is in good condition and recommend a time frame for the next pump out. It is refreshing to find a company that is professional, on time, does the job well, and believes in good customer service. I will utilize this company in the future and highly recommend Whitt"s Septic Tank Service.

It was a difficult situation since i had drain pipes over the lid and it was deep. Though it took five visits, i was impressed that the company stayed with the job and got it done. Branden worked really hard and did almost all the digging himself, and they followed up as they said they would. I would definitely use them again. They are professional and courteous.

Brandon and Brad performed the work. They?re very friendly; very courteous and professional. Their office called to notify me when they?d arrive and were also very professional. This is the best septic company I?ve used in Tampa.

Everyone I spoke to at Whitt's was friendly and courteous and the response time was great.They were supposed to come out on Friday but they were having trouble with the truck so we rescheduled for Saturday morning. They located and pumped the septic tank then inspected the tank and drainfield. The drainfield was operating poorly but said it may recover to call back if we continued to have a problem and we would go from there.

The 2 men were very professional and arrived as scheduled. They located my septic tank and dug the cap open so they could remove the concrete cap. They pumped out the septic tank and cleaned it with water and then recovered the cap and there was hardly no notice of where they did their work. I would recomend them anytime. They did a very good job and the price was what was quoted on the phone. Was able to find them and have the work done within 5 hours. Others I called was going to be at least 3 days before they could do the job without charging an overtime fee. Was very grateful because it was a holiday.

Went very well. ?Was under time crunch but Gary and his team came through in a big way. ?I can not say enough good things about Gary and his team. ?Would use them again any time.

It went very well. The service technician showed up on time and introduced himself and the person he was training and got right to work. He located the tank cover and inserted the tube and started the service. While the tank was getting pumped he asked me if I had any questions and then proceeded to explain to me why you need to do this. He examined the tank said everything was running well and covered up the tank so well that you could not see that any ground cover was removed, just like it was before he started. He was courteous, friendly, punctual and efficient and did exactly what he said he was going to do at a fair price I will recommend him to all my neighbors and would give him an A+.

It had been several years since we'd had our tank pumped and felt it probably needed attention. We found Whitt's on Angie's List and sent a message and asked if we could schedule it right away since we were hosting a large party (over 50 guests) in a week and didn't want a septic "incident" to spoil the party. Whitt's got back to us right away and scheduled a day to come out. They showed up when expected and did a great job. We have a large yard but they had very long hoses so they were able to park on the street and not drive up on the landscaping. I would definitely use them again. The price was $250 - only a little higher than I've paid in the past.

I called the company and they had someone at my house next morning. The gentlemen arrived right on time and went right to work. I mentioned to the boss about another company on Angie's list that advertised a special price if you did the "buy it now" The boss let me know their price for the job was even less than the "special" price. The gentlemen did the job in a timely manner and even tried to remove a drain line blockage (not their job). They cleaned everything up when they were done. They were very professional and it cost what they had originally quoted.

We have used Whitt's before and will use again. Called him, told him what we thought was needed, he pulled the permit, came out, dug up the old drain field, and installed the new one. Worked through the rain to get it done!
