I called the phone number on their listing: (813) 900-3850 - twice last week - during business hours. Each time leaving a message, asking for a return call - including my phone number. I have not had a return call to either message. Update - On 9/14, I did hear from Mr. Menard. It seems that he had phone issues and did call me after finally getting my messages. He apologized that I had not heard back from him and asked if I was still in need of his services. At this point I did not. His following up with me was professional, making me more likely to use his service in the future if needed.

They did a perfect job at a very low price. Everything was perfect. They were here on time, and they did a professional job. They got the whole job done in 2 days, including removing the old sod, and laying the new sod. I just hired him to do my lawn and yard work. A Plus!

Ted was extremely knowledge about our landscaping issues and help us determine the best approach. He provided a very reasonable estimate and completed the job on time. I must say that our yard has never looked so good! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of work that was done and how quickly he was able to complete the task. It was easy to decide that he was the best person to hire for our regular lawn maintenance.

I had bought a house with a sprinkler system, and it just didn't work. Turns out there was a part/valve that was blocking the water that needed to be replaced. After the water was flowing they found numerous sprinkler heads that were broken, those were replaced as well. The did have to do quite a bit of excavation to find all of the heads and identify how the water was running. I was quite impressed that they went through such lengths. In a quick estimate the owner thought I only had 1 zone, and it turns out I had many more -- a testament to the amount of work these guys did to get a sprinkler system working that likely was dormant for 7+ years. I had them quote me on some basic lawn improvement, a few new shrubs, sod, and some brick-work. I don't think I realized how pricey landscaping could be. While the price was likely reasonable, especially compared with doing it myself through home depot, I had to pass for the time being. The only knock was that the laborers spoke hardly any English. The owner had a previous engagement (personal) and couldn't be on-site himself, which I understand. I just wish the communication was a bit better, since I couldn't tell when they were done with the "troubleshooting" and how much it was going to cost to complete the "repair" work. Troubleshooting is hourly, and repair work is per task.

Ted and his crew do excellent work - my wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the service we received. We were looking for someone to replace old sod in our backyard that had deteriorated, install new plants and pavers in our side yard, modify our existing irrigation system, and provide ongoing maintenance. Ted was available to come over the day we contacted him for an estimate. He took the time to thoroughly examine our existing irrigation system and explain how it would need to be modified to fully cover our landscape. He listened carefully to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions, and patiently answered our questions. After receiving estimates from four total contractors, we decided to go with Ted, and we're very happy with that decision. The work was scheduled and completed promptly, and Ted was there on both days of the project to oversee his friendly and professional crew. The quality of the work was excellent - our yard has never looked better. He and his crew are here weekly for maintenance, and they do a fabulous job. Also, Ted has been very accessible since completion of the project, and has been very responsive to our requests for minor fine tuning of the irrigation system (e.g., adjusting the positioning of a sprinkler head or help with programming the timer box). Overall, a great experience - highly recommended.

Ted comes out twice a month to cut my front and back lawn and he is always willing to give advice on any lawn projects I am doing. He is always helpful and courteous.
