Description of Work: We've had them out twice in the last few months -- first, to wire and install two lights from 12-foot ceilings, then to wire a heater for our pool. The first was fast; the second took two days, because of unexpected parts issues. We are very pleased with their work on both occasions.

Description of Work: The electrician arrived on time. We called because every time we turned on the heat the circuit breaker would trip. We just moved into our home a month ago and this was the first time we turned on the heat. He quickly discovered that our wiring for the ac was undersized as was the circuit breaker. He replaced both. We would definitely call Complete Electric again.

Description of Work: They replaced outlets, added four new circuits, put in two rv circuits with external outlets. They did what they said in a timely fashion. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly use them again if u need more work. Special shout outs to Justin and Ray! Great jobs, guys. :)

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for some minor electrical work (wiring for electric tankless water heater). One electrician came out about 4 days after my call to evaluate the job. Electrician was polite and professional. Yet, it has now been almost 2 weeks and still no estimate. I have called the office twice and left my email again and the receptionist seems annoyed by my call and states "they will call you when the estimate is ready!" Really? I had another company out recently and they gave me estimate on the spot. Dont waste your time.

Description of Work: We paid this company to redo the electric in a house we recently purchased. Briefly, they quoted us an amount on paper and then sent an invoice for triple the cost. It took over 4 months for the job to be completed, and even then, much of it was not done properly. They frequently did not show up when promised, and even the receptionist at the office was quite unprofessional and just plain rude at times. I feel as if we were taken advantage of, but we were forced to pay the fee if we "wanted to pass inspection". I honestly would have to say it was a terrible experience overall, and would NOT recommend them for any homeowner.

+ -1 moreThe individual/manager who initially came out to do the estimate returned repeatedly to double-check the work, the electrician and his helper were both very professional about getting it all done efficiently & correctly. The only delay was to wait for some unexpectedly needed parts to complete the sprinkler system portion of the job - the pump had been wired incorrectly & required a 30 amp breaker to function w/out blowing it every time it started. They solved what had been incorrectly installed by the sprinkler company who had just replaced a breaker to allow the pump to start ignoring that the wires were inadequate to the new breaker size which my insurance company saw as a fire hazard. All-in-all, a very good job. They were not the cheapest firm, but the work was done extremely well.
Description of Work: Replaced & rewired one older electrical panel to upgrade it, removed & replaced aluminum wire feeds from another electrical box to the air conditioner, updated old elect. plugs to GFI around a sink, rewired the yard sprinkler control boxes & pump to allow the pump to work more efficiently on a smaller breaker & rewired the line leading to the hotwater heater: All of this mandated by my insurance company's Four Point inspection.

Description of Work: Complete Electric both evaluated the electric situation then installed a generator transfer system for my house to hook up to a portable generator. While I can't be sure whether the price was fair or not (I did get multiple bids but with widely varying quality and professionalism of actual people/electricians), the work performed, the professionalism and helpfulness of the person who installed the system was excellent. The electrician walked me through step by step the work that would be performed (during the bid process). Once I accepted the bid, the work was quickly scheduled and the electrician showed up when scheduled and efficiently and effectively did his work. The once the installation was completed, the electrician showed me that the system worked, then went back and walked me through every step of the process for using the transfer system as well as the portable generator I would be using. I am really very particular and practical about who I hire to do work - especially when it comes to critical systems like electrical. I highly recommend Complete Electrical based on my experience.

+ -1 moreI was surprised at the $76.00 service rate charged that included "travel time" from speaking to office person.To avoid that,Ii scheduled a 7:30 am service call.
Description of Work: Had a short out in the plug over the microwave that kept tripping the circuit breaker. Turned out to be the ground wire crossing over the "hot" wire. Service tech found the problem in a re reletively short time, fixed all components. had everything up and running with in 1 hour.

+ 0 moreI was very impressed with this company. They were professional on the phone and were able to schedule an appointment to have the work done in a timely manner. The company called the day before our appointment to confirm date and time. The electrician arrived at our home at the appointed time. He was clean, appropriately dressed and greeted us with a handshake and a smile. (unusual these days). He completed his work quickly and instructed us on how to operate the lights. We supplied the lights, but he discovered one of the lights did not work. He informed us immediately and determined that a bulb was missing. He took the time to test the light with a bulb from another unit., to make sure it was just the missing bulb that caused the light not to work. I appreciated knowing that I didn't have to take the whole light back and could just purchase a bulb. The job was neatly done and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I do have other electrical work to be done in my home and will certainly call Complete Electric.

+ -1 moreIt went incredibly well. I wanted to use BP Solar panels, and because they are the exclusive installers on the east coast of Florida, I asked them to bid on the project. Their price was even less than the other companies, plus, the other companies all told me that they would use "whatever they could get their hands on" (for PV modules) which did not instill a lot of confidence in me. Complete Electric has been in business for 14 years or so, and they are one of (if not the) largest electrical company on the Atlantic Coast of Florida, having built their business by word of mouth and by keeping their customers satisfied. They are very friendly, and honest, and unlike many of the other contractors I have dealt with in Florida who do not show up when they say they will. The guys from Complete Electric always showed up on time and worked hard. They took care of all of the permitting and the rebate forms for me.
Description of Work: Complete Electric installed a 4 KW system at my house.
