Complete Electric

My husband and I have decided to put in a home generator. I read good reviews about this firm, and even our neighbor endorsed them. Today, while on the road traveling at 7 am (still dark), we noticed a vehicle behind us passing cars and eventually caught up VERY CLOSELY to our car - too close for comfort. When we stopped at the light we discovered it was a Complete Electric truck. Not good driving. We went about our business and because we were in the area decided to stop in at their office in Sebastian. My husband went inside, the door has a buzzer on it to announce arrivals. No one was at the front desk but he could hear people talking in another room. He waited. No one appeared. Rather than call out, he then went back to the door, opened it again so the buzzer rang again. It didn't make a difference - no one appeared. He left the office. As we were driving home, I decided to call to make an appointment to have someone come to our home to discuss a generator. When I was connected to the appropriate person I explained that we stopped by hoping to see some models and was told that wasn't done and a rep would come by our house. I said fine and I proceeded to give her our contact information. As I was giving the information, I kept hearing "sighs" from this person. I was inconveniencing this woman? This is supposed to be a great company. Within the time frame of three hours, we were disappointed three times by a firm I was 100% sure we were going to hire. So unprofessional - a bad driver, non-responsive office staff, and an employee struggling to be user-friendly. I would have written a note to the owner, but I don't see a name on the website. So the best I can hope for is that management sees this review. And yes, I did find another contractor rated just as highly and the woman I spoke to over the phone was professional and helpful. Just what I wanted!

I couldn't believe how dangerous there truck driver is. Truck number 49 (a blue truck) is a very dangerous driver. Tailgating, cutting people off, driving very aggressively, and speeding. This happened today 11-18-19 on us1 around psl Blvd just before 7am. I can't believe you have someone like this on your team! I was going to use this company for a future commercial building after it was recommended but now I'll look elsewhere.

Complete did NOT install my Generac 22 KW gen set, but I was so dissatisfied with the service from that company I decided to give Complete a call when my gen set decided to set a code just before Dorian was due to arrive. After seeing their excellent service reviews I I called on a Friday knowing they would be swamped with the hurricane bearing down on the Treasure Coast, I did not expect them to show until after it was long gone, I only hoped to get on their waiting list for service. Much to my delight and surprise technician Justin called the following day and came out to do the work and the charge for the Saturday call was the same as I paid for scheduled weekday work with the selling dealer! The problem will likely require a return visit and replacement parts but they did get it online in case of power failure. We are in the process of building a new home so Complete will definitely get the call for a quote when we install standby power in that house, great service and very fair price from these guys!

I was very satisfied. They did the work as promised. The price was exactly what they've said. No issues with the inspection. Competitive pricing. The most responsive among the electricians I called and they shown up every time.

We got quoted from other companies that were outrageous and we were stood up for many appointments. Complete Electric (Justin!!) was professional, prompt, easy to work with, educated, helpful and completely capable (Charmaine!!!!!) The most professional trade group we worked with to restore the old house. I can't wait to continue working with them!

Called Complete Electric for an issue with electric in the kitchen. They were able to come out on short notice and fixed the problem. Good Job

Our contractor recommended Complete Electric to do our remodel. They came out several times to give an estimates—there were several lights that needed to be moved slightly and they thought moving them would be a lot of work. We thought the price was high, so they sent out one of their guys to check out the scope of work. He said it would be easy to do, yet they didn’t drop their estimate. They never gave us a detailed listing of all that was included, so I had to. Then it came time to do the work. The electrician did a good job, but when it came to the kitchen receptacles, we were told that was not on the scope and would be extra. They knew, from the very first visit, that we were doing a kitchen remodel. With so much going on, in the end we had to have our contractor replace the outlets at an out-of-pocket cost to us. We were very disappointed with the cost for the service we received, feeling that we were extremely overcharged for what they did do—I tried getting in touch with the person who gave the initial estimates, but he never called back. I usually get several estimates before I hire anyone's services, but our contractor recommended we use them and they took so long getting back to us with estimates we ran out of time an needed to put them on the job.

The work was very good but they did not clean up well.

It went very well - He was on time - went over items identified in house inspection report - checked all circuits and explained what he had to do - I asked for the installation of 2 new gfis in bathrooms and new breaker for hot water heater plus he even fixed an exhaust fan. He was very competent and I would definitely call Complete Electric for any future electrical work or repair.

Great company to work with. 5th time working for me. Can't say everything went smoothly this time, but when there was a problem it was corrected. Owner/manager right there to ensure customer satisfaction.best company around these parts.

quick diagnosis and immediate repair

He told me to go out and buy a new LED bulb, I did and it worked. He explained that in the recessed lights over the sink where if they get too hot they will shut off. He told me to try the LED light first, so that I wouldn't have to pay for him to come out. I appreciated his honesty.

Did not like the fact that unless its the first call of the day they charge you 1/2 hr travel time. Sebastian is a small area. There office is there, my house is there. I think $35.00 for travel is a rip off. So I found someone else who has the same prices that has no add on fees.

brad was on time, professional and did his best to make the relocation of electric outlets as easy as could be. he really thought thru the placement and best way to accomplish the task. finished in about the time expected. the only shock of the day was the fact that he charged us sales tax on the materials AND labor. this didn't seem right so I went to complete electric's office and was told that if they supplied the materials and did the labor they could charge sales tax on the total bill. WHAT? so be aware that if you need any materials you will be charged sales tax on the ENTIRE service--not just the tax that should be collected on the materials. we wound up paying 4 times the amount of tax. on a bigger job it would be a considerable amount. now I know--get the materials first--then call the electrician.

I am very happy with them. Their price was reasonable & they knew what they were doing. They were very professional and had all of their materials even though I bought my own security cameras.

People and work were excellent. Had small communications problem, soon as they became aware of problem they fixed it immediately better than I could have expected. Great company and people. Will happily use again.

The day the work was supposed to be completed was 2/5. The workers were supposed to start at 7:30 a.m. but did not show up or call until after 8:30 a.m. I have since talked to the owner and this issue has been resolved. The work was completed to our satisfaction.

We elected the 7:30 appointment and Bob arrived exactly on time. He began work immediately did a swift, neat and tidy job installing all five fixtures. He also uninstalled a non functioning motion activated spotlight that had not been professionally installed originally by prior owner. The price was fair as he worked steadily the entire time, no time wasted. Very pleasant employee. Dishwasher wiring was equally swift. Another super nice employee. We asked for a quote on a whole house generator. The price was more than we had expected, but on further research, that price was competetive. We decided not to pursue at this time, but if we decide to install one later, we will call Complete. A year ago we had our first experience with Complete Electric when they replaced three interior hanging lights. On time, great job, cleaned up everything. Our experience 4 out of four means this is their standard.......Wow! Always on time. Always both nice and polite. Always hardworking. Always fair in pricing. Thank you.

They are very professional and have all the equipment they need to respond to questions such as I had raised. I couldn't be happier with their work, they're the best!

I purchased a house and the previous owner had a portable generator setup. I originally contacted Complete Electric to quote installing a whole house standby generator as well reviewing the current setup. They showed up on time (actually of the 3 companies I called 1 no showed and 1 kept postponing). Mike spent time with me reviewing the current setup and we both agreed it was NOT how things are supposed to be done - kind of a hack job. Mike worked with me and a local gas company to work up a quote for a whole house propane powered generator but with the install of tanks and all it was just expensive for me. Mike did prepare a quote to come and properly install a generator sub panel and I added a whole house surge protector while we were at it. The panel cost around $875 and the surge was around $400 or so. They made an appointment for one morning, again showed up on time, and was professional. We walked the house to pick what circuits I wanted on the generator. Explained to me the pros/cons what I could and could not put on (AC/Stove/etc). Since I work from home they were careful to let me know when any circuits like my office would be taken down to be moved. They completed the job and even tested the generator and it was running things pretty well. The only small part was they left the old breakers in the panel instead of putting back blanks or something, and 2 of the new circuits were not labeled and one was mislabeled. I let Mike know and he had someone come out and review all the circuits and corrected them. I would call on them again when I need something done.
