Great same day service a very nice repairman and quick

Mr. Olson completely disassembled my dryer twice trying to debug an unusual electrical problem which ended up being an issue with my external wiring. As it wasn't an internal issue, he wouldn't accept any money from me despite the fairly large effort he expended. He's an extremely nice and knowledgeable guy and I would strongly recommend him for any kind of appliance repair he does. Very fair and honest.

Mr. Olson took his time and patiently adjusted and re-adjusted the dishwasher parts as needed to finish the repair despite complicaton such as the manner in which the dishwasher was installed, the tight-fitting opening under the counter and the presence of a baseboard preventing the parts from aligning properly-- plus the need to re-order a door latch when the first one failed to work. On his second trip he replaced the door latch which worked immediately. He also fixed the sound-insulation at the bottom of the dishwasher even though it was not part of the original complaint. He performed above and beyond my exptections for quality repair service and was and professional throughout both visits.

Repaired my dryer within 2 hours from initial call. Quick, reasonably priced service. Recommend to others.

It is around 20 years old and unfortunately it had a hole in the tub so it wasn't worth repairing. He came quickly and was very nice! He was professional and he told me what to look for in a new washer. His house call price was very reasonable.

He is a nice guy. He did great work. He diagnosed what was wrong with the TV. When he opened the bulb it had exploded of overheating. I will definitely use him if this happens again.

They were very prompt. They keep you informed. Their customer service is very good. They are very professional. They do their research. They were able to fix the burner on my stove when the manufacturer told me I would have to replace the entire stove top. I have not had any problems with him.

The last time I used Angie's List was for appliance repair. I did contact somebody on their list and they were very helpful. I just hadn't had a chance to go back and put in a comment. I found it under appliance repairmen. It was a local appliance repair. Three people had confirmed, myself and my mother's two caregivers, that the appliance was making a noise and wouldn't start. He walks in the door. They go to demonstrate and the thing starts up. So, he said, "well, maybe it's the knob." He switched the knob out. I was told by my mother's caregiver he was very, very friendly and I don't even know if he is going to bill me. I called him back and said, "please send me a bill." I'm not sure if he's going to bill me. I'm waiting for the bill, but, I'm not even sure if he's going to bill me. I'm calling him again for sure. He came by promptly and helped me out. I don't know whether he is going to bill me. I haven't received a bill yet. I called him in the morning. He said I'll try to stop by in the afternoon. He did. He walked in. The dryer started up for the caregiver. He just switched out a knob. He said maybe the connection on the knob isn't working. That was it. I don't even think he was there that long from the caregivers explanation. Fortunately, we may still get a bill, but even so, it's worth his time. He may not. I didn't interact with him personally, only on the phone, but, my mother's caregiver gave positive comments.

Wonderful - this broken dishwasher was the whole reason I paid for a subscription to Angie's List. Tim was nice on the phone and in person, clearly qualified, and his price was reasonable. When he thought he was almost through, he thought of one more thing and went ahead and checked it too. He told me a couple of things I needed to do differently when running the dishwasher, like using the extra hot setting and letting the water at the faucet get hot before starting the cycle. Very professional and quality service and I will definitely call them the next time I need work on an appliance.

I called Olson Appliance and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I did mention that I found him via Angie's List. He was extremely punctual. He assessed that the uneven and slow baking was due to a damaged lower element and showed me the burned out connector. He replaced the burner immediately and made sure it was heating up. He refused payment until I used the oven for a few days to determine if the issue had been resolved. After more than a week I called and left a message explaining that the oven was working properly and to send an invoice. Three years prior I had the lower element replaced. The company I used in 2009 charged $20 more for labor. Mr. Olson is a rarity by developing a trusting customer relationship. I highly recommend Olson Appliance Service.

He could not come out until the next day. He fixed it and did not charge us a penny. He was terrific.

They got here very quick. They fixed my drier so fast that I could not believe it. They charged only $116. When he saw the light did not work, it was just a switch on the door and that is why it wouldn't come on. I would give him triple A for overall service. The price was great. Quality of work was really good. If the drier breaks down again more than once, I'll use them again.

Mr. Olson showed up a couple hours after I called him. He was polite, clean cut and went about his work quickly. Took him about a minute to identify the problem. Had the part needed to repair the refrigerator on his truck. Bottom line, quick response, knowledgeable about his business all at a very fair price.

Mr. Olson did a super job with both repairs. Parts had to be ordered, which necessitated several visits; I was charged only for the first visit. Mr. Olson not only knows refrigerators inside and out, he is courteous, punctual, competent, and communicative. He patiently answered all my questions regarding the repairs, and he called me after each repair to ensure all was well and that I was satisfied with the work done. This is an outstanding businessman, and I will use him again when and if I need repairs done to another appliance.

Dishwasher wasn't working. However, it turned on when he was here. Said it may have had a power surge and needed to reset itself. Also looked at my refrigerator - when I said it had awful tasting water. Told me he could order a new supply line - as he said that was all that could be done. Told me to contact him if I wanted him to. Did not try to upsell me on anything. Also - I was late in getting here - and he waited in the drive for me to get here from work - which was MUCH appreciated.

He was absolutely wonderful and just great. The technician was here just one day and was very nice. He didn't take long and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and everything works fine. We called him and he came out the same day. Their price was very reasonable. I definitely will hire them again in the future.

See above. He arrived on time, had the part that was needed, repaired the dryer and told us to call him if we had any more problems. We have had NO problems at all.
