Description of Work: We were having problems with our ice maker. Mr. Oslon came out and first tried to see if the sensor simply was iced over. He said see if that works before we replace the unit. He did not charge me for the service call. That did not fix the problem, so he oredered a new one and replaced it charging only for the part and the 2nd visit. He was there when he said he would be. I could not be more pleased.
