Description of Work: Both Joseph and Scott were complete professionals. They scheduled promptly and arrived in similar fashion! The technician was kind and surprised my wife with his honesty. They refunded us a significant portion of our prepaid Angie's List service because we didn't have "that much" for him to clean and they didn't feel that would be right... Who knew there were still honest people out there? This company has my respect and my future business!

Description of Work: I needed three rooms of carpeting cleaned. I called them that Friday morning to see if they could come out that day or on Saturday because we had just bought a home and was having work done to the front of it and they would not be able to get in the following week. They came out that afternoon and got it done in about 45 minutes (rooms were void of furniture). They did a really good job. There was one spot that they could have spent a little more time on but overall they did a really good job. I would definitely call them again.

+ -1 moreThey have done my carpet before and I was SO pleased-they worked hard to get stains out and it looked new. A courteous reminder call was made and a follow up as well. I decided to take the plunge in getting my tile cleaned and couldn't be happier. I've spent many hours on my hands and knees and it didn't come close to what they did with their cleaner solution and steam. Looks like a new floor! My neighbor asked if I wanted to stay home just to look at my new floor! ha! Kevin was courteous, respectful and considerate. I will have them again and recommend them without hesitation. I originally had a carpet cleaning scheduled but realized that it would really be better to do when my small dog was at the groomer. Janet kindly scheduled that carpet cleaning and we did the tile today. My best cleaning with my floor cleaner didn't even come close to what my floors look like now. I can't be more pleased. i should have done it sooner. I have a LOT of tile and their price was much less than competitors.

+ -1 moreAfter having my tile steam cleaned and sealed, my neighbor came into my entryway and asked if we'd had our tile replaced! That almost sums up what a great job Brite Magic Tile and Carpet does. I am especially impressed with how well the grout was cleaned. There were areas of tile that I could never get clean, and now it all looks brand new. The staff arrived promptly, did a first rate, professional job, and charged exactly what they had estimated. The price was fair and very reasonable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My only regret is that I didn't know about Brite Magic Tile sooner. They are terrific and will do an outstanding job for you.
Description of Work: I contracted with Brite Magic Tile and Carpet Cleaning after having them come to my home to give me an estimate for steam cleaning and sealing the floors in my kitchen, dining room, entryway, laundry room and bathroom. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and did a thorough and professional job. First they steam cleaned the tile and then applied a sealing coat to protect the tile and grout from dirt build up. My tile looks brand new!

It is a kind of a small family owned business and I was pleased with the result. I will use him again. The guy had a physical problem at that time and couldn't do all the work they had committed to.

+ -1 moreThey called to say they could come earlier than expected. did an excellent job.
Description of Work: This is the third time I have used this company. Twice before for carpet cleaning. They did an excellent job of removing stains that previous cleaners couldn't. Even the Property Manager was impressed. Used them this time for Cleaning and sealing of grout in kitchen, laundry and 2 baths. Very professional, and efficient. I will only use them to clean my carpet!
