Brite Magic Tile Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Horrible. Don't EVER use them. Completely ruined my area rug with yellow/brown staining and took ZERO responsibility.

Showed up on time, cleaned pavers resanded the entire patio and sealed them. Entire job done on time for exactly what was quoted

It went very well. Very nice workers who for 30 minutes were on their hands and knees peeling old color seal that was improperly applied. Was quite impressed how hard they worked.

Arrived right when they said they would. Pleasant and professional. Had the job done IN ABOUT AN HOUR! Looks amazing. Also got an estimate to clean 500 sq ft of filthy white tile - estimate is $179. Will do that next.

We contacted Brite Magic to give us an estimate to clean apps. 1,000 sq ft of tile & seal grout in our home. We were very pleased with the expertise of the gentleman and are equally pleased with the results. Our tile floors look brand new. On time, very professional and we will be referring them to our friends.

Contacted the provider several months before they actually came out to clean all the tile and grout in the house. The reason for this is that we were going to some other things in the house so they recommended we take those actions prior to their coming in to do the tile. We really appreciated their recommendation because it saved us from having them come out more than once. They were very prompt, professional and courteous in all of our meetings and when they came in to clean the tile. We had over 1000 sq ft of tile cleaned. They moved furniture, put it back in place, and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very impressed at the look of the tile and grout upon completion, so much so that I asked them to put us on a call back in two years. Obviously I would, and will, be using them again.

Took way way longer than it should to get the people in my home. ...kept getting rescheduled by them but once they worked they did a thorough job removing old grout and replacing

The job went great great great. The provider fixed a botched tile grout job done by another provider and did a fantastic job removing the previous provider's sealer and then color sealing grout to our chosen color. This is a family run business and they are awesome. You get a person when you call, they show up when they say they will, they answer all questions, they provide promised information, they take great care with their work, and they charged a reasonable price. They are very professional and were even sensitive to the fact that I have parrots and the birds specific needs through the process. They are very easy to work with, easy to have in your home, they completely cleaned up after themselves, and are very professional.

Exceptional. Had same thing done by a national company a few year ago, was not satisfied. Brite Magic applied a solution, scrubbed the grout line. Pressure cleaned with their special equipment, dried the flor then dubbed the grout sealer on then dried the floor again. Left a clean work area and a job well done.

We were very pleased over all with their work. The white couch had some old stains which didn't totally come out, but they tried 3 different products on it trying to remove the stains. The two arm chairs had some soiled areas on the arms, which unfortunately did not come out as well as we'd have liked. I spoke with Janet a few days afterwards, to seek a resolution. I 'd have liked them to try to retreat the chairs' arms, but she said when she had spoken with Kevin, (who did the work) he didn't think it would come out any better with retreatment. So, she offered a refund of half the price we paid for the chairs, and that seemed very fair to me. We would definitely hire this company again, they are really considerate and fair, and great workers!

A combination of an in-house flood, a kitty-sitting stint, and plain 'ol years of beach and pool activity, led to the tile and carpets needed rejuvenating. At exactly 8 (expected time) the truck arrived with the owner and two ees. One got the truck set up (equipment, hoses, power cords, sprayers, towels, etc) while the other 2 moved all the furniture off the tile (multiple couches, love seats, overstuffed chairs, end tables, coffee tables, lamps, kitchen chairs and tables, dining chairs and table, dining room tables, etc) off the tile, rolled up 3 large areas rugs! They did is quickly yet gently--not a single wall was nicked, not a single knickknack (that had been relocated onto the couches) rattled. Furniture in carpeted rooms were elevated onto foam pads. They made their plan of attack and attacked relentlessly (while we sipped coffee on the relocated couch on the covered deck). The owner kept us apprised of the status of the clean and seal job throughout. Carpets were cleaned, tiles scrubbed, grout sealed, all hand wiped dry. When they had worked their way through entire house, they packed up the equipment, put booties over their shoes and put all the furniture back into place. Very pleasant. Very thorough. Very clean. Like magic...

They quickly and efficiently cleaned all the time and grout in our house. I'd definitely call them again. Seemed reasonably priced as well.

I had called the company in the morning and was told the guys might be able to do my job that afternoon if all went okay with the other jobs they were doing. I got a call early in the afternoon and was told they could probably be at my home around 4:30. I was extremely happy to have gotten this call as we had just bought this home and were expecting new furniture the following week. The two guys got there at about 4:40pm and immediately got to work cleaning the carpets (these rooms were void of any furniture). There were a couple of spots in one of the rooms that was obvious had to be pre-treated. I thought they had done that because the carpets looked great right after the guys had finished up and the carpets were still wet. I might add here that these guys arrived, cleaned the carpets and left within 25 minutes. The next day when we arrived at the house we noticed that you could still see a couple of the spots. They were not as noticeable as they had been but I don't believe they had been pre-treated with anything. I did not call to complain or have them come back to redo this room and even though no guarantee is written on their invoice, I'm sure they would have come back had I insisted. I probably would use them again in the future as they do grout work as well as carpet cleaning but I definitely will watch them more closely the next time to make sure they do the work properly.

Arrived on time. Job took 3 hours. Tile had never been cleaned in 15 years. Transformation was quite astonishing. I'd use them again.

I really liked that this company was very professional and that they actually took their time to walk through the property before they gave us a quote. They did however took an extended period to get back to us after the walk through with the quote. I had to call them a few times. I don't, know if may be they had misplaced our information, but once that was out of the way, they were very professional.

Brite Magic cleaned all the ceramic tile floors in our home and did a fabulous job. We had experience with one other company cleaning the tile, but Brite Magic was far superior. The floors gleamed. Brite Magic sealed the grout, too, which the prior company had told us wasn't a good idea. It's been two months now, and Brite Magic has passed all the tests. The floors clean beautifully, including kitchen spills that have covered the grout. Brite Magic did what they said they would do, and they did it in a timely, professional and friendly manner. It is an excellent company.
