Description of Work: They replaced our old A/C (both air handler and compressor) and installed new return vents in the house. | |Everyone I talked to was able to answer my questions (or quickly point me to the right person), and they were very accommodating. (I ask a *lot* of questions.) Their estimate was fair and straightforward, they were knowledgeable about the different options we were considering, and they really took the time to get things done well.

Description of Work: They moved the air handler from the bedroom to garage. They did extra work without additional charges,and found unhooked duct work and hooked it back up. We met the owner of the business who was very friendly.

Description of Work: Air conditioning system replaced. Excellent and very professional work and very timely, performed within 20 hours of first contact. Also installed state of art thermostat (Nest) as part of the system!

Description of Work: This review is for two air conditioner units and one pool heater purchase and installation. Over the last 6 months, our two AC units finally expired. They lived past their life span. Wentzels quote for both units were 40% less than competitors. Because of their responsiveness and professionalism, we not only purchased the AC units from them, we also switched our semi-annual maintenance for the new AC units to them as well, also for 40% less cost than the previous AC company we had been using for years. Most recently, the day before Thanksgiving, we were expecting a house full of people for the next 4 days. We spend hours in the "heated" pool playing water volleyball. We realized our pool heater was shattered (also, very old). I called Wentzels at 7:30 on Wednesday morning, they were at the house by 8:30, and installed a new pool heater by noon. All worked out well and we spent many hours in the pool over the holidays. . Thank you Wentzels!
