Description of Work: They sent 2 teams on the same day. One to clean all my A/C vents and a follow up to repair leaks and install a new A/C unit. Both teams were great. Their price was one of the lowest and the quality was excellent. I've never had a major job like this go so smoothly.

Description of Work: We called this provider because the company professes to service Bryant HVAC systems. We had been using other highly rated HVAC contractors that made no such claim, but who failed to resolve ongoing questions/issues. This company dispatches farther away from our house than others, but the technician who made the call was prompt and efficient. He seemed to solve our problems.

Description of Work: Forgot the date Wetzel rep.was here. I asked about vent cleaning and was told it would be $35.00 and someone from the office would call for rescheduling. Looked at receipt and it looks like an amount was inserted for $500+. Returned message left by their office personnel and have not heard another thing.
