Description of Work: I very reluctantly write a poor review as I have had a contract with them for about three years at $575 per annum and $135 rodent both of which we paid for in advance. Up until the past five months they have been excellent and I have given them a lot of recommendations. The service was always carried out by Mike or Lon who have been with the company for many years. The problem we have had is silverfish and initially the company dusted the attics and took off electric sockets and sprayed the bathrooms and various areas where the was a problem. Unfortunately these two operatives are no longer with the company I believe this was due to age and ill health. The company sent new people who do not have the knowledge the older guys had and advised me that in keeping with the "green attitude the company is now adopting they are no longer coming into the house with spraying/ dusting attics or even supplying the silver fish paks to control the pests as currently they were out of stock and could only purchase through their corporate office. I immediately drove down to Bug Busters on 41 to buy them myself. I was concerned as we were leaving the home for six weeks on vacation. Needless to say we returned to find the home infested with silverfish. They did not want to do the initial work that had been done three years ago in the attic etc. I feel they put big ads in the yellow pages etc but dont want to spend money on the actual chemicals to sort out the problem. Fortunately we were coming up to renew and decided against them. We have since gone to an another Pest Control Company who today did all the things that Truly Nolen did when we first employed them and has advised us that this will be done once every year meanwhile three monthly visits outside and anytime we need somebody inside to call them. I notice the good reviews they have had from other people are not recent and a year or so I would have agreed with them, but now my recommendations is beware.

They have been okay, and we have not had any problems with them. I was using them for lawn work too, but I fired them for that. We have not used anybody else, so we don’t know how their price would compare with others. We would continue to use them in the future.

+ 1 moreI think they are pretty conscientious in terms of coming back and fixing things. If they spray or do something and then we have a problem, they come back and take care of it. We are talking about Florida - the land of palmetto bugs and fire ants, and stuff like that. We moved into a house that had fire ants in the yard, and that was the worst problem. We would occasionally find palmetto bugs, in the bathtub for instance. We called them and they took care of it. They are not cheap - you end up paying about $90 a quarter for their services. We have no bugs now. We would continue to use them in the future.

+ 0 moreWe were highly dissatisfied with them. Our yard looked worse than it did when they started. They didn't show up when they said they would and wouldn't call when they were going to be late. We finally ended up canceling our service with them and were able to get our money back. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had them provide inside and outside pest control for us. They also did lawn fertilization as well. They would come out every other month to do this. They came out for about seven to eight months.
