Fine. The worker showed up on time and did what was expected.

I was disappointed in the company's services. They did not do what they said they were going to do. Had to replace several landscape plants because they developed a fungus- which Truly Nolen was supposed to be treating. Not a good value at all. I would not recommend them as a service provider.

We have had Truly Nolen working for us for over 10 years. They do both routine pest control (roaches etc.) and termite treatments. Their routine pest control is satisfactory. However, their termite prevention is a dismal failure. They have never been able to get the problem solved. They admitted this and promised to tent our house for free and never came through on that promise.

Jonathan Mooney is tops! He always manages to correct the situation. He is helpful and does not cut corners. Truly Nolan is lucky to have him. He is the reason we stayed with the company for over 10 years. We are moving or we would still be with them!

Excellent! We are "snow birds" and it is very rewarding to know that the work they do is always done to our satisfaction and we never have any unwanted insects in the house. When an occasional termite shows up, they come in a timely fashion and eradicate them.

Would not recommend them. Took money from our account without authorization and for services not approved. Lack of communication with the management team.--have not returned calls.

Routine, no pest issues they keep a lid on the little buggers!

Very well! They respond quickly to calls and are very personable & customer friendly!

Pest control over a few weeks to make sure they were gone

Repeated calls to get service completed and repeated calls to have them come back back to retreat with 1-2 months in-between because representative comes to “assess” if retreatment is necessary and then service is scheduled. Representative provided cell phone yet he didn’t consistently return calls and then when he finally did he instructed me to contact the office to schedule something. Appears they like taking the money but are resistant to doing the work.

my house needed tenting, I have upgrated my service plan with Truly, I have called the office many many times in order to get tenting price, but just nothing happened, six months passed by.

Excellent, application staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

The treatment performed was successful in termite control.

I paid $300 for a yearly contract and inspection. The exterminator called to make an appointment - then called, he promised he would come the next day. No excuses he would be here! No phone calls, never heard from them again!

I have used them for years and over a few states and moves. Always professional and always fairly priced!

They did a very superficial inspection. I had expected something much more thorough because a new technician had replaced the one I had for the past 4 years. The new technician didn't seem to know anything about my home or and didn't take the time to check everywhere. He merely checked where I was seeing termites. It's a so-called "free" service with the contract that you get an annual inspection. The old technician, who left the company was well informed, thorough and knew my home, despite only coming there once a year. I'm afraid the company has gone down hill. It was also difficult to make an appointment with the company.

Great job good people I’ve been a customer for years and I am very satisfied .

They are always on time and there when needed. My only problem is with the cleaning of my pool cage. The new tech does not use the pesticides when clearing away the webs and misses most of them. As long as I’m there to point them out he will remove them.

They did an excellent job of getting rid of a severe ant problem and their prevention program has been very effective!

We are so happy with Truly Nolan services, which we use several, but even more impressed by their employees; friendly, knowledgeable, always call when on the way. Have recommended them to others, excellent company.
