Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Sarasota, Florida

They did a very superficial inspection. I had expected something much more thorough because a new technician had replaced the one I had for the past 4 years. The new technician didn't seem to know anything about my home or and didn't take the time to check everywhere. He merely checked where I was seeing termites. It's a so-called "free" service with the contract that you get an annual inspection. The old technician, who left the company was well informed, thorough and knew my home, despite only coming there once a year. I'm afraid the company has gone down hill. It was also difficult to make an appointment with the company.

We have them on contract. They come twice a year gor inside and 4 times a year for spraying outside. They will also come anytime we see any bugs. Great.

I have no idea, as I relied upon them to do what they had supposedly done for benefit of the previous owner. I left following their retention and have yet to return.

I paid $300 for a yearly contract and inspection. The exterminator called to make an appointment - then called, he promised he would come the next day. No excuses he would be here! No phone calls, never heard from them again!

They did an excellent job of getting rid of a severe ant problem and their prevention program has been very effective!

Turns out we have flying ants, not termites :)

On time, clean, careful and responsive to special needs of physically challenged customer.

They set traps and came back every 3 days to check the traps. As they closed up one hole, the rodents would create another. They were even using metal to close up the holes. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. They kept us in the loop the entire time and were very diligent about getting everything taken care of. They even came out on Saturday! We wouldn't always have the same person, but they were always very professional and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

We contracted Truly Nolen for home pest control September 25th 2016. We paid an initial payment of $107and then a direct payment from our bank account of $37.00 every 3 months. They showed up for the initial treatment as promised and everything was fine. The tech said he needed to return for a follow up in 7 days. We have pets and it is difficult for my wife to handle alone and wanted me to be home for the return trip. I took off of work at the scheduled time and we waited for 2 hours, no one ever showed up or even called. Eventually someone showed up and completed the treatment. On another visit soon after, the same thing. No show No call. Eventually after calls and complaints they returned as promised and all was good for a couple months. Recently we have seen a few bugs. My wife called on Friday afternoon and requested service. The receptionist scheduled a tech to come out late on Sat afternoon. Again we waited around for hours wasting our Sat and no show no call. If a Saturday visit on short notice was not available we would understand and would not have wasted our day waiting. The actual work done was good when they showed up just very poor service from the office and management as far as scheduling the work. I work in the service industry and understand scheduling problems happen. They just shouldn't happen consistently every time and they should always just communicate with the customer. A simple phone call goes a very long way. Our time is important and valuable, Truly Nolen has absolutely no respect for their customers time.

They always do a terrific job. Mike is always on time, asks how the house is and takes care of everything with very little fuss and no issues.

Company men arrived and completed work in timely fashion, cleaned up afterwards, no problems. very satisfied with company and employees. Jim Morrow was honest and very professional in locating termites unseen.

great, they use pesticides that are pet friendly yet still gets the job done. Have not had a live one in the house since using them

Jeff was professional and knowledgeable. Since we were new to Florida he was very helpful.

The owner stayed at the work site at least 50% of the project with frequent updates on status. Crew members professional and hard working. Photographic documentation throughout the project. Excellent clean up at completion of project. Truly Nolen did what 3 other pest controllers failed to do, eradicate rodent problem in the attic. Their professionalism made the difference.

So far we have had no ants, and no rats have been trapped after multiple check ups by Truly employees.

Been satisfied...they are professional, timely and have completed work contracted.

They are wonderful. I am now on contract with them. They show up instantly when there is a problem.
