I had been looking for someone I could trust to climb on my roof and preasure wash off the grime built up over 8 years. I found Mr. Clean Windows and seeing their guarentees and insurance information gave them a call. They were quick to schedule me and the guy who did the work was on site before his promise time. He took his time and did a great job cleaning both the roof and all concrete in front of my house. It looks great!

It went fine. Job was done professionally - I do not have the easiest house to work with - it's a 1942, small house with shutters on the inside, making it difficult to get to some of the screens. Considering that - the job was very well done.

They were great about getting us a quote quickly and the person who came out was nice and did a great job. I can't think of anything I didn't like about them. I think the cost was low for the amount of windows we have. If you hire them you should give the guy a tip.

I had a very good experience with them. They cleaned my windows well. They took the screens out and cleaned them. They were quick. There were two of them that came and they were very fast. I had a good experience with them and I would recommend them. It was not terribly expensive. They were very punctual.

I found Mr. Clean window washing on Angie's list. When I called the rep gave me an exact estimate over the phone by asking many questions about my house and windows. They totally held to that estimate, not a penny more. I am so happy with my clean windows. This is a testament to using Angie's List. I had never used it before and will most certainly use it in the future.

Everything was excellent with them. They took their time and everything was done the way it was suppose to. The clean from them was also great. I would definitely recommend them.

They solicited by phone and I usually don't pick up with people via phone, but they were very accomodating with dates and pricing. So the before part went smoothly, but after the job was done unsatisfactory they kept passing me from one person to another to fix the problem. They kept saying that they had come out and they couldn't see it because the screen door was locked, or other excuses that didn't seem to make much sense with fixing the job. As the screen had been torn in the process of the cleaning. They still haven't resolved the issue and have made no attempt to get into contact with me to ensure satisfaction.

Mr. Clean Windows did an excellent job. The windows are very clear, no streaks, the tracks are cleaned. They worked efficiently and consistently, arrived early, got the job done and were out of our way quickly. I plan to use them again, their service greatly improves the appearance of our home. It was very convenient that t they offered appointments on Saturday.

They did an excellent job. The service was excellent. They were very thorough and professional. They quoted me a price that was half the price quoted by another company. I thought I got a good value for what I paid.

They did fine. I liked them, but when it came to completely cleaning out the tracks they cleaned them but they probably weren’t as clean as they could have been. They did a really good job. I shouldn’t complain about the tracks because I hadn’t cleaned them in a long time and they were really dirty and they did clean it. They cleaned all the windows and were thorough. Everything was all clean. They tried Lime Away on this calcium build up on my front windows and it didn’t work very well and I had this special compound that you are supposed to be able to put on that so they went out and used it again. It worked and cleaned off most of that so they were very accommodating to go back and clean over a window a second time. They didn’t have to do that. They were nice people. Their price was good because there was another lady who called me and they were higher and they were going to charge me extra for doing the calcium deposit clean up. I had just finished painting my house so they were going to charge me extra money for any paint splatter that might happen to be there that I missed or didn’t notice. These people didn’t do that. They just cleaned it. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. They were here on time and were very professional.

Mr. Clean Windows contacted me and presented their services very effectively. I normally do not agree to random service offers but their website supported their phone pitch so I called them back and set up the appointment. Their quote was given over the phone and was based on my information provided...over the phone. I think the quote would have been more accurate and my expectations would have been clearer if more attention to detail was applied to the quote by the representative. Although the technician that was sent was on time, extremely thorough and professional he was not equipped with a ladder that would reach several windows on our second story which were included in the quote. During the quote discussion, I noted that my home was two story and several smaller windows were on the second level but I was not asked if they were easily accessible. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the windows that were cleaned. The technician did an excellent job. I would recommend Mr. Clean Windows to friends and neighbors with the advice to make sure the quote is detailed and that the assigned technician will be sufficiently equipped to complete the work as expected.

I spent about $130 on their services. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were efficient and on time. I thought their price was fair for what they did. I will use them again in the future.

The guy was late due to traffic, but that was understandable because there was a wreck on the freeway. He did call to tell us he was going to be late. He washed the inside and outside windows. The water he was using when doing the inside windows looked rather dirty to me so I am unsure how many times, if any, the water was changed. I asked if he needed for me to open the windows and he said it was not necessary. I should have realized then that the sills were not going to be done. Since we were told it would take around 2 - 3 hours, and he was late, we had to leave as we had guests in from out of town. When we left he was doing the pressure washing. When we got home I looked at the windows, they looked good, but the window sills were not done. Also, I noticed that there was mud in the garage and on the newly pressure washed driveway. At the end of the drive was a pile of mud from one end to the other where he had done the prssure washing the remnants were at the end of the drive. I called Mr.Windows and he told me he would have the same guy come back out. We set up a date that was over a week away, which I was unhappy about because I did not want that dirt on the drive and in our garage. He said that was my only option. So time comes and the office calls again and tells me the guys equipment is broken and it will be another week plus. when they called to confirm the appointment for that visit I cancelled it. By then the damage was done, I had cleaned up the drive and garage and eventually the mud washed away. I will do the window sills myself. Not satisfied with the call back schedule and the overall job not done right the first time.

I am very impressed on the work they did. They were highly professional and efficient. On the windows that were facing the sun they had streaks but I expected it. Oh yes I would definitely tell my friends and family. I was very happy with the work they did. I would definitely use them again in the future!!

He was very good. He charges by the window that has to be cleaned. He does pressure washing as well but he didn’t do it for me. He was quick, fair and on time. The windows are clean. I will use his services again in the future.
