Johnny was great! The windows are without streaks, and the tracks are spotless! Will hire again and again.

See above. 8 was having all of my windows and sliders washed and my deck pressure washed.

Mr. Clean Window Cleaning was a total Bust! I made the appointment months ahead of service date. On service date they called 45 minutes late to tell me their vehicle broke down. I would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for the upcoming Friday. I called Mr. Clean Windows on Thursday and confirmed my Friday appointment. Again, 1 hr. after they were supposed to arrive they called with the SAME problem- vehicle broke down - I would have to reschedule. Explained that I had done that on Monday. Eric said he was sorry and he would go and get another vehicle and be at my house as soon as he could. So much for that idea. Eric never called and never arrived. My phone call to the office was never answered or returned. My recommendation -- Put this business on the DO NOT CALL LIST! I wish I could charge them for my time. In order to prepare for my scheduled window cleaning, I took the blinds and some of the curtains down prior to their arrival. Did that TWICE. Not Happy!

I wish I would have read these reviews about Mr. Clean Window Cleaning, owned by Jim Crain, before hiring his company to clean our windows. Dealing with Jim Crain has been the worst experience of our 20+ years of home ownership. Around the same time we hired Crain?s company, we hired companies to paint the interior, clean the roof and walls, clean carpets, and clean and seal tile and grout. All contractors honored their agreements, addressed any issues, and were paid. The following summarizes what we have had to endure to date by hiring Jim Crain?s company. We agreed to pay Crain?s company $299 to clean glass inside and out, clean window frames, clean screens, and clean sliding door tracks. In addition, we were to get a special coating put on the windows, a $75 value ?for free?. Their estimate was five hours. We thought the price was high, but decided to move forwarded since he listed an ?A? rating on Angie?s List and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on his website. When the workers arrived, we confirmed the work and asked about the special coating. We were told it was in the cleaning solution. So much for the special coating. The two workers were done in 1.5 hours. I guess Crain thinks $100 per man hour to clean windows is appropriate. My wife was asked to sign their Customer Satisfaction form stating that she had inspected all work, we were totally satisfied, all work was finished and there was no property damage. That turned out to be a huge mistake and continues to be used against us. I guess my wife should have left the two workers in the kitchen while she checked the 20+ windows, frames, screens and doors inside and out, including getting a ladder out to check the second floor windows. Instead, she trusted Crain?s worker when he told her not to worry about it and sign the form because Mr. Clean would come out and take care of any issues. When I came home and we inspected the work Crain?s company did, we found that much of the work had not been done. Numerous pictures of the results of Crain?s work are available upon request by sending an email to philipp.shop@verizon.net. We called Crain?s office twice and were told someone would get back to us, but no one ever did, so we cancelled the check a few days later. We finally heard from Crain when he found out the check was cancelled and that?s when the ?fun? started. Not once through this entire process has Crain come out to inspect the work his company did. Instead, he uses the fact that we signed the form and the Florida laws that unintentionally protect companies like his to come after us. We even sent him payment for the ?discounted? 50% price he requested in a letter full of misstatements and contradictions just to get rid of him. We sent the payment certified and restricted delivery to make sure Crain got it and couldn?t claim we didn?t pay. Well, it?s been a month and it is still sitting at the Post Office. We are now receiving letters from a debt collection company that includes Crain?s last name in the company name for the entire amount plus fees, with Florida?s felony statutes attached. We have had to file complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Florida State Attorney Office, and the Better Business Bureau. Sadly I expect this to end up in civil or criminal court and need to take steps and incur costs to protect our family and property. All of this instead of Crain coming out to inspect his work and honor his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you still want to consider using Crain?s company after reading this and other reviews, I would suggest consulting with an attorney to understand the Florida statutes, your rights, and the information you should collect from him to protect yourself before allowing him to do the work. And whatever you do, Do not sign his Customer Satisfaction form until you have thoroughly inspected all work. Or, save yourself the potential aggravation, stress, worry, and cost and just use another company. I expect that I will be attacked in a response like other reviewers have for posting this review. Hopefully that will be the extent of it. It seems like Crain would rather operate this way than actually do the work he was paid to do. Crain: Since you have never come out to see the results of your work or picked up the letter that included pictures, I?m happy to send you the pictures as well. Also, as you responded to another reviewer who wasn?t 100% satisfied, please feel free to take us you customer list.

I really like it. They are on time, they are reasonable, and they do a good job. They are a local company. They do it once a year, and I have lived here 4 years, so I have used them 4 times. I used them in the fall, and I am due to use them again. I found the price to be very reasonable. I paid $150 for my 2500sq feet home. It has quiet a few windows. When they call and say if we are ready for the service, and I say we are not and not to call me for another 2 or 3 months, they are courteous and they don't bug me.

The technicians showed up at the appointed time, worked quickly, and did a professional job. Afterward, I found some damage, which I reported. The technicians vehemently claimed they did not cause the damage, and I cannot even be sure they did. Despite this ambiguity the company worked with me to make repairs.

Several months ago I gave this company a bad review. After hearing from the owner, and assuring me he had fired the previous people who had come to my house, I decided I would give them one last try. I am happy to report that the gentleman who came to clean today was most professional and did an excellent job. I would welcome him back into my home to clean again. My only wish was that two guys would come so the job could be completed quicker.

This provider totally ruined our aquarium window. Unfortunately, we noticed it late because we left for a trip soon after the windows were cleaned. There is about a 1 1/2 hour time when the sun hits this window just right and the scratches are extremely visible. I called the company and was reassured that they would take care of it, they were insured. The gentleman set up an appointment for the cleaner to come out at 5 pm that evening to take a look at it. He did not show up. I called the next day. Said the cleaner would call me. Nope. Sent a message the next day - nothing. Finally on the fourth day, I was able to reach the owner who put the cleaner on the phone who said there was no way that he had caused the damage. He did agree to come out and look but again, denied responsibility. This is TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of damage that we completely believe this company caused. If you let this company clean your windows (which would be insane), do not let them anywhere near your aquarium window. ( Please note that there was another complaint about damage to aquarium window). The cleaner kept saying that there should be damage to the other windows if his tools were to blame. We were told by the glass replacement company that the aquarium windows are softer than other windows and are more prone to damage. We will have this window restored and file a claim with the BBB as well as investigate small claims court action. While they will tell you they are insured, they will not admit culpability which leaves you with NOTHING! As can be seen from their response, the fall-back position is to accuse the customer of dishonesty by trying to have previous damage fixed at their expense. We believe as strongly that they caused the damage as they contend they didn't. We have no intention of ruining this company's reputation but believe that there is value in sharing experiences to prevent others from experiencing same. If the only thing that comes out of this is that people understand the vulnerability of the aquarium window, then so be it. No window glass cleaner will ever touch our aquarium window again.

The priced seemed the going rate, and we were okay with it. The fellow I spoke with when reserving assured me that they did skylights all the time. The fellow who came said he never did skylights. The fellow I spoke with said they would clean all sills and tracks. That didn't happen. The job done on actual windows was great. If more hadn't been promised, we wouldn't have expected more. B for GOOD. UPDATE: After seeing this review the company called and offered to come back and do more. We'd cleaned tracks and windowsills of course by then but were very happy to have the window man return to clean the skylight. And he did as soon as weather allowed.

I thought they did an excellent job. They got the windows clean. There is nothing that they could improve upon.

The Provider came out on March 10th to do a window cleaning and while here he had difficulty removing a few screens (new and a little tight). Right after he started he bend and broke one of the screens and could not get another off. I instructed him to go ahead and leave and I would have the builder come out and try to remove the remaining screens and call him. He took the broken screen and stated since he did damage it he would have it fixed and bring back when he came back. He was to fix and call back to reschedule. We did not hear form him so we called the company on April 28th and they rescheduled for May 1st. We mentioned the young man and the screen repair and they stated they would make sure he has it with him. May 1st the same cleaner showed up and had the still damaged screen with him stating that he forgot to get it repaired, but would take the repair cost off the bill ($25.00) and we could get it fixed, we agreed. Although now we have to take the time to have the screen repaired or replaced as when I called ACE Hardware they stated due to the broken and split side they most likely have to replace not repair. He then started to clean the windows but never opened the windows to clean the tracks, we mentioned this to him and he did a very poor job at cleaning the tracks. He was getting ready to leave and we informed him he had not replaced the screen on the windows and he said we could do that as he was afraid of damaging again. I asked him to at least put the 2nd floor up as I do not have a ladder to do this. HE did and left the 1st floor for me to do... UGH... All and all a very mediocre job.

They were very good. They look at your house on google maps and ask you questions about the house and give you a fixed price. They called before they came to let me know they were on the way. They are very professional and good.

The gentleman that showed up was nice and punctual. He worked hard to get the pool frames clean and accommodated my requests for certain areas to be cleaned better. Unfortunately when I left him to finish everything else the job became less well done. None of the posts got cleaned and the pool deck was only lightly rinsed in many spots. When he decided he was done with the pool deck he moved to pressure washing the house. He informed me that he would not be applying much pressure as he was concerned he would be stripping paint off but would instead be washing it with a soapy compound. I wasn't excited about this in part because we had hired them to pressure wash not clean but I decided to give it a chance. What a mistake! Not only were several areas not cleaned well at all but a nasty soap residue was left on all my windows which I had not hired them to clean and were fine prior to their arrival. He made a lot of excuses and said several times during the appt, 'once this algae sets in you will never get it totally clean again.' (Interesting as I was able to get them clean with my shabby pressure washer after he left.) When he was 'done' he asked us to look everything over but he rapidly put his equipment up before we concluded the walk through which made it incredibly awkward. We found so many issues we decided it wasn't worth dealing with having him redo the whole house. Also, I wouldn't trust the coupon. We were told that the coupon was factored in when we got the original quote which was a solicited call and was prior to us knowing a coupon even existed. I called to reach the owner to let them know of our experience but the person who answered the phone skirted my request numerous times. Instead he insisted that they send someone out to fix any issues, which I didn't ask for and told him I really didn't want, (because our first experience was so shabby we were willing to put up with the mess rather than deal with them further) but he persisted and I relented under the condition that they send a different service tech. Needless to say, the same tech called several times the day before the second appt and I was so upset I called that night and told them not to come back out. I highly recommend doing business with someone else.

Lots of windows 12-13, one large 4 pocket sliders, 1 two door slider, 3 french doors. EXCELLANT job!!!!!!

Lots of windows and French doors -- small window panes, cleaned the screens. Did a good job throughout. Arrived on time and worked steady all day.

It did not go well. We have an aquarium window in the corner of our home. There was three young men that came to work here and they were doing an alright job but while they were working I noticed that they were using a razor blade on the window. Well they ended up scratching the window in multiple places. He said he would come out and look at it and he sent them out again. The owner said that they don't use razor blade scrapers. And then he contradicted himself and said they have never had a complaint about their razor blade scrapers. The manager told me to go get an estimate to repair all four peices of glass that they scratched. I got an estimate from one of our local contractors and i took it to the manager and he asked if I minded if he sent someone out to polish out the scratches. The repair guy came out and explained the repair process and compared it to how people repair auto glass. The repair technique that they would use would compromise the integrity of the windows, especially when our home may be subjected to hurricane strength winds. Basically, the manager and I settled on an agreement for him to send me a $541 check. This amount would be about half the cost of getting the repairs done correctly from other estimates I have received. I have not received any check in the mail from the manager and have been unable to reach him.

I called Mr. Clean Windows and was able to set us an appointment within two weeks. I liked the fact that the windows would be cleaned with Dawn since we have film on some of the windows to keep our house cooler and prevent glare. I, also, like the fact that one person would be completing the job. Brian arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgeable , efficient and professional. the price quoted with a discount for being an Angie's List customer was very reasonable. We will use Mr. Clean windows, again, and I hope that Brian will provide the service.

The Provider arrived at my home 3 hours early at 9am and complained he had an appointment to get to. I explained that the Company rep. called me the night before and confirmed he would be arriving at noon. Again he complained about a Doctor appt. and would like to clean the windows now. I reluctantly asked him to wait 20 min while I did my errand. I returned and let him in to clean the windows. In my inspection, after he left, I noticed the windows were not so clean and the frames were very dirty!! I called the Company back and they promised to send a technician to return to my home in a couple of days to complete the job properly. Two days later to my surprise, the "same" window cleaner returned. I had to supervise him the entire time! He didn't do a good job, there were many spots still on the sliding glass doors and he was clearly irritated when I asked him politely to redo certain areas. I would never call Mr. Clean Window's again!!

Paul arrived half an hour early which was great. He was very nice and explained how he was going to clean lanai and windows. He was extremely friendly and asked us if we saw anything he missed it needed to touch up. It was a beautiful job and I will definitely use Mr clean windows again!

Very professional on the phone. Called later to confirm/remind appointment. Technician got delayed on another job, but office manager called to let me know and approximate late arrival. Tech arrived as promised at new time. He was friendly, thoughtful (it rained a little and he didn't want to track water through the house). Job was well done. The price was a little higher than I've paid in the past, but I can't complain about the good service and professionalism, so it was worth it. I will use them again.

The window cleaner came was on time, polite and professional. Did a fabulous job. Our windows look like new.

Very professional service. Company gave me quote over the phone based on info I told him. Person who performed service was fast, efficient and did a wonderful job. If I asked him to do an additional small job he didn't hesitate. Screens and windows came out beautiful

He did arrive two hours late, but they had called me near the appointment time to ask if that would be acceptable or did I want to reschedule. Because he started at two in the afternoon, instead of noon, and because it took four and half hours instead of the three and a half they had estimated, he was cleaning some of them in the dark. As everyone knows, this is not a great idea. But the window washer did say to just call if we found any streaks, and they would come out and redo the window. Overall, some of the windows looked like he had removed the glass - they were so clean.

I have already scheduled my next cleaning.

I thought their price was reasonable and it went very well. They were here on time and were very professional; they did a really good job. They did a good job on a person-to-person basis and were fine to have around my home; they took their shoes off when they came in.
