Description of Work: New HVAC and ductwork.

Description of Work: They came and looked at my system to give me an estimate on what needed to be done. The previous owners of my house were heavy smokers and every time we turn on the AC, the house starts smelling like smoke again. Mike was actually about 20 minutes early, and let me know that the system itself did not need to be cleaned (saving me money), but that all of the ducts needed to be sanitized, fogged, and sealed. The cost I listed is the price to do all of it. They are coming back tomorrow to do the work and said that if I am not satisfied, if it does not get rid of the smell, I will receive a full refund. Very nice and helpful person!!

Description of Work: Replaced a worn out part, and performed a semiannual service on our heat pump. We signed for for an annual service of our H/AC system. The total price paid included our signup for the annual service contract. And most importantly he did not try to sell us parts and services we did not need as other service companies we had in the past

Description of Work: After putting up for 8 years with two guest bedrooms that were not heating in the winter or cooling off in the summer because none of the many A/C companies and maintenance services we contacted could not understand what was going wrong and that their suggestion might be to replace all the ducts in the entire system, we finally got the name of Air Cooling Solutions, Inc. from Angie's List. Linda Pelletier, owner of Air Cooling Solutions and her manager Michael Turner came to our house one day after we contacted them. They thoroughly inspected our whole system, measured the air flow in all the ducts and came to the conclusion that one duct in a bedroom was too small (6" instead of 8") and that the junction box in the attic feeding these rooms was not large enough . In addition the upgoing airflow feeder in the A/C unit located in the garage was also too small. Four days later, Mike and a technician came to our house to replace these. They worked for six hours on all this and everything is now working very well. They knew what they were doing, were very courteous and professional in a friendly way, punctual and clean. They had to enlarge one duct and make a cut on the ceiling around the existing duct; we could not even tell they had to do that.it. Everything was left impeccable. We found their price reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Description of Work: I used Green Cooling Solutions Inc as our air-conditioning system was not cooling and he did a full inspection. He measured them, checked the ceiling, beneath the ad deck and found that the insulation had all come down. Then came back and wrapped it with nylon within a day.
